Over the past six months, there have been countless complaints about the rude and unprofessional attitude of your staff, yet your official account only responds with insincere apologies and empty promises to escalate the issue. It's clear that no real action has been taken, as the same unacceptable behavior continues to happen.
My experience yesterday at your Genting Sky Avenue store was utterly shocking and deeply disappointing. When I politely requested an extra spoon, the staff not only refused but also responded with a disgusting attitude, saying I couldn’t get one unless I made a purchase. I explained that my family had already bought your products and even pointed them out sitting nearby. But instead of helping, the staff arrogantly ignored me and scolded me, demanding RM 1 for a spoon.
This kind of behavior is appalling and unacceptable. What kind of training does llaollao provide to its employees? Is this the "customer service" you are proud of? Your staff’s rude and dismissive attitude, coupled with their arrogance, shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. It is not only disgraceful but also a serious reflection of the poor management within your brand.
We, as customers, are under no obligation to tolerate your staff’s bad moods or poor attitudes, especially when we approach them with kindness and courtesy.
The tall male staff working on the night of 14/12/2024 must be held accountable for his actions. If you truly care about your customers and your brand reputation, I expect immediate and visible action to be taken. This kind of behavior drives loyal customers away, and if this continues, it will only damage your brand further.

I picked something like “Nochella” (I’m not really sure of the name) and the others Two is , black chocolate, and lotus Biscoff. But I don’t think the staff was even listening, because he gave me pistachio instead of lotus Biscoff. So I asked him, I said I requested those three flavours, but you gave me pistachio instead. And he just gave me this rude, arrogant look, then added the lotus Biscoff. Not even a “thank you” or anything. Then I asked for the receipt, and again, he made a face! Is this seriously how you treat your customers?? Your staff really needs to be taught how to be decent and have some manners. I had a very unpleasant and frightening experience at this outlet. One of the caramel sauces we were served was hard like stone. Another staff member kindly suggested we could another bowl caramel as an add-on. But when we tried to do so, the staff named Muhammad reacted very rudely.
He raised his voice, glared at me, and threatened me by saying, “Now you want or not?!” in a very aggressive tone. I felt shocked and scared. When I said no, he smashed the Llaollao into the rubbish bin in front of us in an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional way.
