Restoran Bunga Suria — Restaurant in Pahang

A lot of locals bring their friends over to this restaurant. It's bustling from early morning, serving up fresh Indian breakfast menu, to lunch and dinner, everyday without fail.

Their morning breakfast selection is the standard Indian style, but compared to the other Indian restaurants, Suria prepares it fresh, tasty and with less stale oil. The vade was surprisingly nice, especially when it's out fresh from the kitchen in the morning.

Lunch is a treat. All dishes are laid out and you'll have a choice of what rice to have (white or briyani) and choose your dishes. Same as dinner. I quite enjoyed the mutton dish (soft & not too overwhelming) with briyani rice and the fried bitter gourd.

Ordered the Masala tea and it was weaker than my injured knees, watery with too much sweet to it. Stick to the basics here.

Price-wise, it's affordable and I will definitely visit again for the variety of dishes. Service is rather quick, especially with the lady boss around.

Went for lunch after a long traffic and by 1 pm even their masala dal finished. They didn't top up. The waiter was immediately rude to us when we asked for separate bill. And he took the wrong order for every one of us and dumped tonne of sugar in all our drinks. Food was okay but we were just too hungry so I can't say if it's good. And when we wanted to pay bill , the lady in the counter said drinks are paid separately. When asked how 1 scoop of rice, 2 veggies and a teh o could cost RM 7, she didn't charge for drink only to me. Such a scam for a very well doing business. Some of the Best Indian Food i have ever tried in Malaysia. Had Breakfast and Dinner here for 2 days while in Cameron. Tried their Thosai and Roti Telur (Egg Paratha) with their Thick and tasty Fish Curry + Chicken Curry + Sambal, it was a perfect combo. Tried their Milo panas which was really good as well. For dinner we tried their Cheese Naan and Chapati which was really amazing and cheesy. Kudos to their Food Quality.Service was excellent from the Kind staff and Friendly Aunty at the counter.
