If you tasting the ice cream, please be prepare for bad customer service. For those enjoy good customer service , I am sure you directly buy from them. I am not sure whether the staff get pay cut for customer tasting or not, the guy in picture ignore my mum when my mum is in front of him and talk to him directly. But later i see they serve the other customer with smiling face as shown in the picture. Suggest for inspection by Baskin Robbin's customer relations department what is the issue. Is it because due to my look? FYA - 11 November 2023, estimate time is 2pm to 2.30pm. 1 Chinese guy with 2 lady and a baby.

I’ve been a regular here, but after today’s [Sat, 10 May 2025] experience, I won’t be back. The staff member was visibly annoyed, rushed through the entire process, and served a tiny scoop of ice cream. I specifically asked for a small cup for one of the flavors, but she ignored me and then snapped at me when I reminded her before paying. Terrible attitude and very poor service.

Always love to buy ice cream from this outlet.. Regular customer too. Had two times bad encounters in this outlet lately.. There is one malay girl, with a big size pink baskin robbins T shirt, looks new. She is kind of rude and the way she scoops ice cream is lesser than usual. The way she puts in almond dice also so little, so kedekut, i felt not worth the money anymore. Had 2 times bad exprience with her consecutively, few days apart. Probably i wont come back to this outlet anymore....
