Nasi Kandar Ayam Bawang Rashid — Restaurant in Penang

Overall, i really love the nasi kandar ayam bawang. Its so good 😍 and i especially love the telur sotong, very tasty and they are very generous with the portion.

Also the greatest shock that i had is the price. chicken + cabbage + squid egg + teh o ais = only rm12.5 😱😱😱

Im used to pay around 20-30 per similar dish in KL and i wouldn't mind paying the same price for this one either 😌

The teh o ais also very nice. The only thing i believe that they can improve is the juiciness of their chicken. Despite being very sedap, it is a bit dry to my liking. Nevertheless, i wouldn't mind coming back...

This nasi kandar restaurant only serves rice and curry-based dishes. Period.

It’ s signature and hot dish item is the Ayam Bawang (Onion Chicken). It is said that if there is a long queue at the food station, the food is definitely delicious. And evidently true. And the icing on the cake is that it is also cheaper than the other nasi kandar restaurants in the vicinity.

Ayam Goreng Berempah🍗 - The chicken was crunchy outside and juicy inside with a kick of curry flavour

Kuar Campur - Thick, balance mixture of multiple curries by the jockey, mildly sweet. Suitable for kids or people who doesn’t like spicy 🌶️.

Peria Goreng - A bit mushery, but still taste great

Kobis Goreng - Can still taste the crunchiness of the vege👍🏻

Overall, it is delicious, I really enjoyed it and surely coming back here again to try the Ayam...
