This old double storey bungalow is a traditional peranakan kopitiam. The deco brought back nostalgic feeling 😎. Lots of retro decos from the art pieces, photos and bygone era paraphernalias. Ample parking in the big compound and the upper floor cater for those who would like to hold private functions. Loved going through the tastefully presented menu ... very colourful (hence the name 7 colours kopitiam i guess 😬). We had the signatured Nasi Lemak 7 Warna served with Nyonya Curry. 7 different types of flavoured nasi which came in small servings (blue pea, tomato, taro, tumeric, pandan, brown rice and of course the original nasi lemak). The classic side accompaniments of fried ikan bilis kacang, acar sayur, boiled egg, cucumber and sweet sambal. Very flavourful and my only complaint was ... a bigger servings of ikan bilis kacang and sambal please🙏🙏. The asam laksa was a tad sourish for us but yum for those hardcore Penang Asam Laksa lovers 😬. They are generous with the toppings. The Pai Tee was a bit different from the normally served with sweet chilli sauce. This one no chilli sauce but balsamic dressing (my guess). Something new but it went so well with the crispy top hat and mixed vege stuffings. 🤤 The highlight for us was the kopi ais ikat tepi ... literally ikat tepi plactic bag and served with individual hanging rack ... very artistic 👍👍. A ++ for us Ipoh coffee lovers. Very kaw coffee and beautifully blended with just ngam2 sweetness. The aroma of the well blended coffee beans .... ❤️❤️ The service was great .... the staffs were friendly and lots of smiles. We would definitely come back for more appetising experience but must bring more members so that we can savour more from the menus. Recommended. By the way, the staff confirmed that the restaurant...

If you’re looking for proper local food that’s worth every bite, 7 Warna Kopitiam is the place. Honestly, I don’t even know what to recommend because everything is spot onz.
Nasi 7 Benua The star of the show is definitely the Nasi 7 Benua. Seven types of rice, all different colours and flavours, served beautifully on one plate. Seriously, each one got its own unique taste. You get a bit of everything, nasi lemak, nasi minyak, nasi hujan panas.. you name it, it’s there.
The Sambal But the real game changer? The sambal pedas2 just nice, full of flavour, and it goes perfectly with the rice. I swear, I could eat that sambal with just plain rice also can. It’s that good!
If you haven’t been to 7 Warna Kopitiam, you’re seriously missing out… The food is sedap, the portions are ngam-ngam, and the vibe is chill. Just order anything on the menu.. confirm puas hati!
Highly recommended....
