Service: Waiter and waitresses were not promptly monitoring the needs of their diners. Some were caught busy mingling with the other colleagues. The branch manager is not polite to welcoming the diners. It looks like this branch is already well to do from their early days and is already famous. Then they can forgo the hospitality services for Dozo. Food: Getting saltier day by day as it wasn't the tastes that it first started. Seafood is no longer as fresh as it was back then. The texture of the seafood does not reflect the freshness of it. Ambience: It looks like a fast food outlet which doesn't reflect on thr price that you are paying for it. Ventilation: Smell of smoke and is not comfortable dining inside. Noise: Waiter and waitresses make alot of noise when arranging their plates, spoons which just killed the peace inside the diner. Rude servers: Saw some had left the other table waiting to take their orders. Few chinese waiters think themselves are somebody and they serve with attitude. If they are not happy being a waitress, then they should just resign and move on. Don't spoil other people's day. Managers were taking their own sweet time loitering around since their job is one of the easiest in the restaurant. Not even doing what he should do by welcoming the diners or even training the waitress.
Summary: With the price paying for the meal and its services, it is a far fetch from what it should be...A coffeeshop waitress can do even...
Read moreA complete rip-off for the food quality that is not worth any return. Ordered a Kyushu ramen which turned out to be an instant noodle product that tasted like corn soup instead of the bone broth you'd expect for the price. Not only that, two times the usual cost for a Chawanmushi without much extras - this is so disappointing. Having had choices like Sushi Zanmai, Ippudo or any decent Japanese restaurant in KL/PJ, the prices in this menu for the sort of food quality provided is a complete rip-off. Also, FYI merchants do not have the right to establish a minimum transaction for credit/debit card usage as stated from BNM (Under Section 1.5.5.1, 'Visa Core Rules and Visa Product and Service Rules' states that "a Merchant must not establish a minimum or maximum Transaction amount as a condition for honouring a Visa Card or Visa Electron Card."), so I'd strongly suggest you to remove that sign from your cashier desk and not informinform customers about such ridiculous policy. I hope you revise and reconsider your the runnings of your...
Read moreLocated at a prime area of ipoh garden with aeon kinta City and neighbourhoods which are considerably financially capable, the food menu served here are somewhat at the higher end of a price. Though that never gives an issue for the restaurant to be fully packed at peak hour as the quality of food is up to par for the price paid, as well as portion provided per serving.
One of the big shout is the food served are all prepared upon order, hence giving the freshness and the best tasting of food upon delivered to your table. We are always overwhelmed with their friendly and fast service with the amount of staffs ready on duty to serve you.
Their menu variety is wide, with some of their chef speciality on the cooking style, with one example of the teriyaki sauce grilled chicken combined with wasabi, giving a space and a strong taste of smell that is somewhat yummy, tho that it may not be an ideal for those who couldn't handle wasabi. And also the Rock and roll cucumber roll, a mix of sweet, salty...
