Hanamama Sushi Cafe — Restaurant in Perak

Terrible dining experience on CNY Day 4 at this restaurant. Initially, we were very excited to dine at this Hanamama Sushi after seeing all the photos and review on FB. Unfortunately, it was totally different from what I expected. Not only it was crowded from the CNY diners, the lousy attitude from one of the servers made the day worse! It took more than 1 hour for them to make our sushi (my boys were starving!) and what made it more hair pulling was that the server served a gentleman who came much later than us his sushi. They looked like friends. So when we went to confront her about it, she gave us some attitude. Finally, she made our sushi at sloth-speed and then served the plate with a bang on our table. This gesture made me flared up. I questioned her attitude and why the gentleman was served before us? Why we had to wait for 1 hr for our sushi? She argued back saying they were understaff and their sushi is freshly handrolled. I questioned her about her sloth-speed? She wanted to argue more with me but fortunately, her collg came over and apologised profusely. Unbelievable customer service! We cancelled the remaining orders because we ran out of time waiting. This is an absolute hell of a Japanese Restaurant if you can consider it as one. The environment is not that nice . The songs are terrible. With the music some times buffering. The toilet is not clean in my opinion. Customer service is terrible the honey lemon came out as plain water and one of the servers was screaming at us for saying that what is this at the transparent honey lemon . The food is not appealing at all as all the Facebook reviews claimed it to be. I ordered Katsu bento and it came out on a plate. The food is also overpriced. Not the best experience. And the customer service is extremely terrible. Not recemended. The Katsu don is not even a Katsu don it's just vegetarian chicken on plain rice with a drizzle of sauce on it.
