TIRUPATHI VILAS — Restaurant in Perak

Extremely disgusted with this restaurant! I have never encountered a place where all the staff are so consistently rude and disrespectful. It seems like they either don’t know how to communicate with customers or just don’t care.

The food quality is absolutely down the drain. As for cleanliness? Don’t expect any! The entire place feels unhygienic, and the staff’s appearance doesn’t help the impression. Got my food from the poor bain-marie and I ordered a cold lemon tea and waited for 20 minutes, despite the restaurant being almost empty and it not being peak hours. I eventually left without even having the drink.

What’s even more shocking is the attitude of the lady boss. She sat arrogantly at the counter, munching on snacks while watching complaints and chaos unfold around her. Not once did she apologize or even try to understand the issues her customers were facing. When it was time to pay, she wordlessly handed over the bill without even the slightest gesture of respect or concern.

If you, as an owner, don’t understand the basics of customer service, you shouldn’t be running a restaurant, which is fundamentally a service-oriented business. It’s a disgrace to even name this place Tirupathi, as it humiliates the very essence of the name.

The experience for this visit is so disappointing compared to the past one's.. From the beginning.. when requested for menu, they said there is no menu which is weird.. next.. ordered water as we were hungry and unsure what is available.. there was a fly gifted with the ice.. which they exchanged when informed.. but here's the surprising part.. the chicken in the biryani was given hope to fly by including tiny feathers.. the side dish also came with the peel of the garlic at the very top as if it was a garnish.. the customer service was so bad that they don't have a proper system to get the right order but charges are charged based on our initial orders.. order 3 plain water .. charged 3 plain water but given only 2 plain water.. and the lady accepted the payment just disappeared from the counter while we were still looking at the receipt.. but the charges were only a few cents.. but previously even more overcharging.. so we just decided to move on this time.. spoons and forks also not provided and was so difficult to get someone even when the place was not packed and even rush hour..
