Sri Ananda Bahwan Restaurant | Ipoh — Restaurant in Perak

It doesn't even deserve one star because during my recent visit to this restaurant with my family we were offered an expired carbonated drinks and they did not compensate us with anything. We've made early reservation for our big family and informed them 2 weeks earlier but still they provide the worst service. Our tables were only cleaned after more than 20 minutes. That is also after being told many times. The waiters did not take order for all of us... They miss some tables. Guess what after like one hour we still not receive food. They said no more breakfast, its lunch hour so they only provide rice. Bussiness tactic maybe. I will neer ever come here again. Their food not bad but service is extremely worst. Please learn to handle a large group of customers. Preparing food might be late but I dont understand the delay for clean the table and take that...

Amount and quality of food are not worth the price! For the same price or less, and better service you can grab a filling meal at a nasi kandar restaurant. The waiters are all over the place, the service suffers due to lack of communication and integrity. There was only one waiter who was helpful. We were overcharged for our meal, and the one capable waiter re-did our bill to the correct amount. I ordered kopi bru and ended up getting nescafe (ew), and was almost charged for it (cost more than brew coffee). We only were informed of that while the waiter was re-doing our bill. The food wasnt even warm, but the taste was okay. The restaurant itself is pretty dirty, the tables and utensils are sticky. When paying the bill we stood waiting and waiting while the cashier talked to some other staff member. We were ready to just walk out of there, they wouldn't have...

I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone cause just now we eat poori set and roti canai set which in 1 set comes with 2 . It cost rm10 each set. The roti canai and poori was too small. The set is very expensive compare to actual price of the shop.When we ask why it is expensive and they told us it is because of the gravy but we didn't ask for it. Restaurant management need to give us a proper receipt which they will let us know each food price is how much but they just give us the total amount in handwriting. Can you all imagine we came to eat at restaurant for a good food but you all are providing very disappointing. How come you want us to recommend this shop. Eventhough we eat not yet full and still hungry. So manager of this restaurant better put a reasonable price for the food. We are the one going to pay and not sir. That's it we won't recommend...
