W&S Full House Cafe — Restaurant in Perak

I visited this cafe a few times, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the dishes there quite a lot. The interior was clean, nicely decorated, and had a relaxed vibe that made it a great spot for dining in.

For the dishes, I ordered the sweet and sour prawn rice The prawns were fresh, tender, and coated in a flavourful, tangy sauce without being overpowering. Other than that, I ordered a grilled chicken chop with mushroom sauce as well. The chicken chop was tender and juicy, paired nicely with the rich mushroom sauce. It was satisfying and nicely portioned.

As for the drinks, I ordered a mango yogurt smoothie, which was both refreshing and satisfying. The blend of fruity sweetness and creamy yogurt hit the spot, especially in the warm weather.

Service here has always been consistent. The staff are friendly and polite, and even when it gets a bit busy, they manage to keep things running smoothly. I’ve never had to wait too long for my food, and the team always makes sure we’re well taken care of.

Overall, W&S Full House Cafe is a place I enjoy returning to. The food is delicious, the service is dependable, and the atmosphere is hard to beat. It’s a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner, and I’m looking forward to...

I've been to this restaurant several times, and the experiences were consistently disappointing. Two incidents stand out.

Last week, during dinner, I was seated at a four-person table near the cashier with another person. After ordering, a staff member asked us to move to the opposite side of the same table to make space for a large group of 11 people seated behind me. This meant two of them would take the side we vacated. Although I agreed, I felt disappointed with the restaurant's poor management, as it disrupted our dining experience to accommodate others.

The other unpleasant experience happened yesterday during dinner. The tables were packed tightly, making it difficult to move. When the customer behind me pushed their chair back slightly, it bumped into mine. The crowded space, with children running around and blocking the way, made it hard to reach the counter to pay. Additionally, the staff was inattentive and required multiple calls before responding.

Full house seem have openings long time already. Price are not normal but have air-conditioning sitting inside the shoplot still comfortable so ok for the price. But I just can't accept why inside the menu showing out there are two chop am I choosing. But when the food coming are so...small for it? Asked and I get back the feedback is say one chop is the full size other one is half? Wt..? Then why u showing out that are two chop inside the menu? I feel like getting cheat. Your price are not normal already at ipoh area and I can pay for it but please don make customer confused and feel like cheated customer. Please T&C write out there are ONE AND A HALF CHOP...
