DStall Corner Kelana Jaya — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Food here is good but I dont know why it took them 10 minutes to approach me to ask for my order when the restaurant is not busy. Staff used to be friendly (but not anymore, couldnt care less attitude) and may not be alert or care enough.

Today I came but theres no improvement on the service. After calling a few times one waiter came to take my order finally.

I asked may I know what is masak kengsom.. and he said he dont know (?). What kind of waiter is that?

And anyway, after I ordered, I waited. After 35 mins, i checked my order as I saw a few customers arrived after me has got their order. The waiter said the food is being prepared. So I waited. A few more minutes, nothing. So i called the waiter again. He said wait its coming. To cut the story short, after a few more checking, I decided to leave because its taking too long (for 1 type of lauk and 1 nasi goreng). Atleast dont lie. And care more. Once you take order from customer, follow up with kitchen. Make sure they cook. The staff who took my order was not friendly too.

I wouldnt recommend this place. The food is okay but whats the point if the service is so bad? Come here if you have lots of time to...

Drinks overly sweet. Cantonese koay teow overly salty. Some food orders were wrong and took too long ~20 mins despite the place being relatively empty at the time. One of us in our party has a shellfish allergy. Despite informing the waiter, the item still arrived with prawns in it. Instead of replacing the dish they just took it back to the kitchen to remove the prawns (not understanding the whole dish is already contaminated) and served the same plate back. Waiters did not wear mask. Did not offer any apology despite us pointing out the numerous errors. To top it off, when it came to paying the bill several items were wrongly written/added to the tally.

Honestly this is my 2nd time ordering Shell Out set from this shop. The first time was few weeks ago, and it was acceptable, taste and price wise . Then now we want Shell Out again this time around, ordered the same exact set from the shop. Bro let me tell you, when the food arrived, the whole house smell like rotten seafood. Everything inside was so bad. All the crab and shellfish all can’t be eaten. Probably just 2 small pcs of udang. Others all spoiled. So to avoid me having diarrhoea and a mental breakdown,had to throw it all to the bin lah.
