I'm giving this service 2 stars instead of 1 star because a sensible lady / manager helped me solve my problem of getting my refund back.

The staff manning the counter last week convinced me that they did not receive my payment although it was obvious it went through GrabPay. I even have the receipt of transaction. I still don't understand why I had to go through all the hassle when they could have just refunded me on the spot. They said it was not possible to scan the GrabPay QR transaction code for refund. They even said that this is a normal issue when making payment with Grab because they didn't receive a notification on their payment receiving device so I had to make another payment to get my drink. The girl also mentioned that I should get my refund within 24 hours. But there was no proof how would I get back my refund as my payment went through the Grab payment gateway.

After I showed them the GrabPay refund QR code the next day, they then told me that I should be getting my refund in 7 days, not 24 hours. The situation became so confusing that I had to make a report to Grab later that week to confirm that my payment went through. The whole experience was such a hassle!!!

Fortunately, the sensible lady working at the outlet managed to settle the problem after calling their office again this week. I still do not know if I'll be getting my money back but she apologised on behalf of their outlet and compensated me with another drink.

I am a fan of TL. But today i had a very bad experience with the staff. My friend was asking abt the Thursday promo bcs he’s kind newbie to the app. But this guy punya face mcm annoyed w the questions?? You either taktau or u mmg naturally have bad manners kot?. I asked to split the payment yet jawab taknak jawab and hand over to other staff to entertain us. Dapat coffee mcm kau letak nescafe O and susu cair?? What is this? Kalau ada rating 0.5, itulah selayaknya....

Nice interior, I forgot to take pictures. I ordered their original chicken popcorn. Waiting time around 10-15 mins, me the only customer + 1 foodpanda order that I observed throughout. The parking around the area is okay around 5.30pm.

The taste of the chicken popcorn... I think if you buy the ones tepi jalan or if you coat it in tepung bestari, it tastes better. This one, they are meant to be served with sauce like their other options. Just...
