Sat 24 Sep 2022. Great place to chilled down on a hot day. The outdoor seating area of this mamak eatery is still airy and cooling enough on a hot day. I ordered a hot glass of teh tarik kurang manis while waiting for my wife to have her shoes repaired by a street cobbler nearby. The teh is flavourful with the right sweetness. The service is attentive and fast. Prices are wallet- friendly for my gavourite drink even on a hot sunny day! (RM1.80 per glass.) Parking may be challenging here due two popular supermarkets crowded with weekend grocery...

I would have given this restaurant a miss because of its ambience if not for their advertised sup kambing. Caught a whip of this on a rainy morning. I had rice with vege and mixed gravies with the soup - it was the bomb. Thick potato based slurry of herby goodness with strong notes from the cloves, coriander and fennel seeds with fire from blended chilli seeds. The stock brough recent tasty memories of kamunting mee rebus gravy. There wasn't a lot of meat but it was delish to the last drop. Truly syiok! Nasi kandar reasonably tasting...

Dirty and not so friendly customer service.

In the morning you can see how they defrosting their yesterday unfinished dishes. They simply put the pot on roti canai kuali.

These area have 4 walking distance mamak restaurants which is better than this one except that this restaurant is cheaper...
