Hi, this was my 1st visit, i came here twice & here is my honest review. I love fish & chips, but your fish fillets are not being kept well refrigerated, (not fresh), it has that taste when you keep seafood below their designated temperature, i have bought this menu twice (separate occasion), hoping the 2nd time around that it would be better, to my dismay it has the same taste. Please do a taste check on this fillets specifically if you do not want to loose customers or that specific menu being unpopular. However, chicken menus are good to me. I loved the chicken & i do hope your staff can prepare fries consistently, 1st trip was ok, 2nd trip was a bit undone. Ambience & whole place looks great, clean & staff warm greet upon entering & leaving the premice is nice. My last comment is, why is your debit card payment not functioning? Cashier always ask to pay cash. Thank goodness us as old timers do have cash on hand. If let say you do not wish to do bank reconciliation/settlements of debit cards, put a signage at your counter with 'CASH ONLY' preference. Hope management considers all that i have said, up to your discretion to upgrade or stay stagnant in the food...
Read moreThe food here has no issues at all... and if you request anything like chicken parts or if dont want ice cubes in your drinks they prepare according to it...but today (31/1/2024) around 1 pm we went there as a big group to have lunch. After getting our foods we went upstairs and sat down on long table there, there was no light at that particular area and also NO ONE informed us not to sit there... The one who already got pur food we went there and sat together and start eating. Suddenly a staff there, i think she's indian, not sure...but came and chased us rudely from that place...she told us that it is already informed that we cant sit there although we did not hear any info from any of the staff as so. Its very rude and inhumane behaviour where you not even ask politely but chase us rudely...
Read moreI purchased 3 sets for dine-in, totaling RM 54.20. One of the sets is satay (6 pcs), which comes in a cup with the satay gravy and cucumber that was soaked all over. I realized the kuah kacang was not enough, so I asked at the counter, and they asked me to pay 50 cents for it. They should not charge for this and also should not mix up the satay with the sauce. When we request sauces like this, it should be part of the value-added service. After explaining that I’m a regular customer at that location, they gave me the kuah kacang in a very small portion, which was still not enough. I usually enjoy coming to Marry Brown Kelana Jaya SS6/5a with my children, but this will be my last visit here. It’s so sad. The ad picture shows the satay separated from the gravy, but the serving...
