It has been a year since i last visited this place due to pandemic, craving for hotpot and this restaurant is only i could think of: Honest review: Upon the entrance there was a friendly female staff who greeted us with a smile even while she was busy taking phone call which i believe is a reservation. There was a Chinese young boy staff who proceeded to attend us, I have told him i had my reservation from their manager named Vhenjo, The manager quickly ushered us to our alloted table. Since it's not my first time, (there is no need for them to explain me the menu) whereas they always do right after seating. My friend and i chose the type of soup we would like to be the based for the pot. ( Porkbone & Herbal) (herbal is newest addition from their 4 original soups) While ordering the staff bring over and placed the soup to the stove, we then, took some other ingredients and add ons for the hotpot. There are still lots of choices to choose from. That's what i love about it. The new herbal soup is a healthy recommendable soup to give you guys a new taste. Overall experience today was still awesome.! I was still amaze how clean and neat the place is. Even my friend who was a first timer and works in F&B line also flabbergasted with the lots of options on the buffet bar, the type of service (all staffs are smiling even on a quite getting busy hour) and cleanliness and neatness of the store. The way they perform their job and task are quite impressive as my friend and i watching them cleaning the other table. Hats off with the Management on having this team! The Manager Vhenjo who was very attentive and friendly, always check up on us and the staff named Alex who always assisting and promoting what are the best choice are the extra spice on our dining experience. Definitely, a Next Time.. A much recommended hotpot choice for everyone. If you are looking for quality foods in an affordable price, with two thumbs-up service.. This is the best place to go to.. 😊

Read morei never EVER wrote a bad review but here's one. came here to eat, but the receptionist? was kinda rude? when we sat down, she kept pestering us to order soup base. after we decided we proceeded to order the food on the menu. we realized after a few seconds that the food wasnt really to our taste since there was so limited choices so we got up, apologized for wasting their time and asked if we could cancel the soup base as the food choices wasnt much. the girl at the reception immediately said cannot cancel. no sorry or better given explanation just a "cannot cancel" we were puzzled cuz it had only been about 2mins since we ordered , we thought it would be ok to cancel as it was just soup. we apologized AGAIN and said is there really no way to cancel? she then said" if i had to cancel i have to give a reason. i already keyed in the order so cannot cancel" sooooo... our reason was it was not suitable for our taste , and she STILL didnt want to cancel, kept saying "it has been poured out already, we cannot cancel, you can go sit down and choose the food provided at the side" instead of letting us go so we had no choice but to sit back down and order the food. i dunno if this is following the rules and sop of the place as it was our first time eating here but couldnt you explain better so we would understand better ? we wanted to reread her nametag so we could ask the management abt it, but turns out she took it off ( she was wearing it at the reception. ) its like youre trying to trap your customers in by pestering them to order a soup base so if they ask to cancel, you wont let them leave by saying you cant cancel. i have never been to a restaurant that wont be able to cancel something a customer ask for. not sorry to say that the food wasnt even nice , def not worth the price we paid for. never...
Read moreWe went to Fei Fan 1Utama to celebrate our friend's birthday and had a terrible experience. Slightly more than midway through our meal one of my friend noticed a bug or 2 inside our hot pot.
When we notified the staff they just said its broccoli and took the plate with the bug away. Since we were a big group we had 2 pots and the 2nd pot started having several bugs appearing in the soup (at least 6 - 8 bugs)
When we took them out of the pot to show the staff and they acted quickly to take away all the plates and pots without apologizing and just said "we will investigate" and we were unable to take any pictures.
There was another staff that came to apologize and update us that they are checking the situation in the kitchen and just asked us to wait. We told them we didn't want to continue eating anymore since the pot had so many bugs inside. We also asked them to check and find out the cause because other people could also be facing the same issue.
The staff later came out and said it was "probably" in one of the batches of broccoli and brushed the issue off. We were quite upset with the response and was later offered 20% off the total bill. We decided to leave since they were not going to do anything and just blame the broccoli but when we went to pay, they did not honor the 20% off discount for the total bill. When we asked why, they said since it was our friend's birthday and it was free for her and we will not give the 20% off that was promised.
