Came for a quick snack and when i came there were 2 staffs sitting outside and I assume they were on their break which I don't mind at all. But one of them stared at me like I ate their children or something it was uncomfortable and I was trying to open the door, i didn't know the entrance is on the other side since it's my first time there and she just continued to stare and make me look stupid instead of telling me the correct entrance 😭

I know this might came out as petty but yall really need to train your staffs to be a tad bit professional, tak kacau waktu rehat pun kalau tolong explain mana satu pintu yg boleh bukak.

I love the food but please be better customer service wise. Even the cashiers are unwelcoming, they were chit chatting at the counter and me, a stranger had to listen to whatever gossip they had bc they were being loud and it made me (i was the only customer)...

8/6/24 Hi, sorry for the 2 star. It's lunch time on a Saturday and we were greeted with hot condition as I guess the Aircon is not working. There were 4 tables empty but all were full of food and tray people left behind and the floor is dirty. I can see many staff inside the counter but none were outside cleaning. Seeing people come in and feeling the hot atmosphere many just left. Our food was okay but later at night my wife had diarrhea because of the spicy chicken we believe. I had the fish burger n my son had chicken as well but non spicy. Hope you guys can improve. With the boycott of so many places Marrybrown is an option for us so improve...
