Google got no Zero 🌟, or not I will definitely give them a 0 or even Negative. I am not a picky person in term of food. But the way they served the food is really slow and not sincere at all.

I ordered a seafood ramen, and when it serve it was totally not the same as the picture. The picture showing prawns, squid, clam and mussels. But end up only the prawns is in the bowl and it's not fresh at all !! . Squid MIA, Clam and mussels left the shell only. it suppose to serve with eggs but they did not.

I inform the counter lady with this issue, she told me there is a selection to be made, however they did not even suggest or inform us there is a choice. It was display at the menu picture and that's by default people will have in their mind it's served together. Then I complain about the clams, mussels and squid, she even telling me "We had so many guests ordered the same dish but no one complain about this". Excuse me does that mean you can cheat on your customers? I paid a RM21.90 for a seafood ramen, might as well I order a normal cheese ramen?!?! Somebody really not suitable to work in hospitality industry and please take F&B business seriously. I don't expect you to make my day but at least don't...

this isn't my first time having here but this is definitely my last time as a korean food enjoyer.

ordered Bibimbap but without hotplate i said. The cashier said ok and another staff was saying something in Malay to cashier which i don't understand but i heard taboleh but the cashier didn't say anything to me. They just served with the Hotplate. I understand if i am asking something that doesn't make sense but at least they should have told me that "Cannot". But the cashier said ok and then came out different. They didn't respect to the customer at all.

Lack of sidedishes. The pickle radish is too little and can be counted only about 10 small pieces.

The prawn in Kinchi Jigae soup are no more fresh and obvious that they are left overs from long time ago.

Service # 0.00000 Staff faces are so bad which is not a behaviour of real waitress.

Paid green tea. Before this, i came so many times and green tea was free but now 4.90 what a nonsense!

decided to dine in bc i saw the daebak deals banner where u can get sondubu jigae for rm15.90. the worker (a lady) was assisting a group of customers in front of the shop so i assume that we need to download the shop app to get the daebak deals so i asked the worker about it but she said it has ended. i was very confused bc the it was 7pm that time & the deals are available from 6 until 8? i tried asking her again but she didnt bother. i was disappointed but still dine in because i want to break my fast. i paid in normal price which is like 20+. food was done after around 15 mins. the amount of the pickled radish shocked me. it was so little. my friend said its better because the shop usually serve like 5 pieces but i saw someone got an adequate amount tho? wtv im gonna stick with ordering via food delivery...
