Price is cheap yes but I kinda expected more. The hotpot does not seem to cook on all quarters. Only certain quarters cook and it's very annoying since it will take a very long time to cook all the food you've taken. The stove is even worse, there's no knob to control the flame and even if there was a knob it's very hard to control the flame. A tiny adjustment on the knob seem to change the density or the heat of the flame drastically. However the food is good. The chicken, fish, beef and lamb marination were delicious albeit the cheap cut of every piece but it's understandable. Would I recommend eating here? If you're on a budget and have low expectations then YES but apart from that I'm sorry to say there are better steamboats in Kuching so NO. I hope they improve...

Food wise, ample portions, but I wouldn't describe the food as delicious. We had baby kailan, midin belacan, nestum-coated shrimps, chili squids, a big snapper (steamed), venison, and a few others that I can't recall right now. None of them left an impressionātasted too bland and sterile for my taste buds. May have something to do with how they describe the establishment as not serving "anything creamy".
The drinks came quick, which was great. My mom requested for horlicks with reduced sugar, and sadly it came tasting like diabetes.
Th air-conditioning can be a bit cold. We asked the staff to adjust it, but...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood options are quite limited. It's the usual food that you can find at any steamboat buffet. However the marinated meat variations with satay flavour are the best. Typical price per head for steamboat(RM30+). Staffs are alert about their customers' needs. 1 downside is u need to purchase soup flavourings from counter. It is quite expensive for price of RM2 for just a small container of flavouring. But you can try creating your own soup flavouring from...
