Was my first time dining here, experience was a total mess and bad from the customer service to the food. Chicken was very dry, and I ordered an ice cream, Didnt I expect that desert will be serve after meal because they didnt mentioned it earlier, bare in mind that I sat next to do the cashier counter and bar area, they should have notice that I already finish eating and serve the ice cream. I am so dissapointed with the service because I pay RM6 for servicecharge. Upon paying the bills, I was mad and told the male cashier that my desert was not being served, and the male cashier expect first time customer that we need to inform that we already finish our meal in order for desert to be serve, is that make sense to you? and I was observing all your waiter and waitress working the whole time and few of them making bad face when serving the customer. This is my worst dining experience ever, and prolly this is the worst franchise in malaysia. The food was served slow and the staff's attitude was terrible. The portion was so small that you could not even bear looking at it. The food was either too salty (chicken and fish) or tasteless at all (mac & cheese) With such a price you could have a decent meal at other places. I will never pay a visit to this place in the future and i advise anyone who expects a great meal to never step into this place. I will definitely file an official complaint to kenny rogers company and make sure they look into their protocols in terms of food preparation...

1/4 chicken more like whole leg chicken. Service was bad. We are seating outside but the waitress difficult call. Ask for spoons, raised my hands several times but no one notice us (family). We ordered chickin craze chicken soup meal but the they forgot to put the sauce on the chicken then they take back the plate and bring to the kitchen to put the sauce. Muffin come late after our meal (need to ask about the muffin then they serve it) This is not my first time dining in Kenny rodgers but this one is my worst.
