Fuel Shack Miri — Restaurant in Sarawak

My friends, Don't be a fool, don't be like me, Fuel Shack had been existing for years and I often overlooked it. Overlooking this place because peers been saying how it doesnt taste nice and all that bs. Frequenting places like McD thinking "it's the only best burger in town available".

Well I thought wrong! Them naysayers are wrong!!

If I could request for a refund for all those moments and money spent at other burger joints I'd do so already. As a self-proclaimed burger connoisseur, Fuel Shack, is by far, is the definition of a real burger.

Thick, hot patties, burnt and caramelized to perfection. along with their pleasantly grilled buns and assortments of vegetables and condiments, they create an amazing texture as you bite into their burgers. I kid you not! Burgers as simple as Cheeseburger is enough to blow my mind away. and if you're a fan of thick juicy fries, look nowhere else. They offer one of the best available. Why haven't I ate here after all these years?

The only problem I have is if only they offer payment with a Debit card, and allow their staff to be a little friendly I guess? It's harmless to at least greet your customers with a smile even under that mask and with a certain enthusiasm.

I had high hopes for Fuel Shack Miri, but sadly it was a huge letdown. The customer service was absolutely terrible — the staff looked uninterested, barely greeted us, and acted like we were bothering them just by ordering food. No smile, no basic courtesy, and we waited far too long even though it wasn’t busy.

As for the food, it was just as disappointing. The burger was dry and bland, the patty tasted like it had been sitting around for hours, and the fries were cold and soggy. Definitely not worth the price. For a place that markets itself as a premium burger joint, this was a complete fail.

It was the best I've tried before, not until I tried it few days ago. On May 1st before our end game, decided to take this for dinner. To my regrets, I've to say this is the worst burger I've eaten. Ordered lamb supreme and dory fillet. The breads are cold, patty on the lamb supreme is cold too. The patty is so cold that the cheese on top of it is still in its shape. Not even melting the cheese.
