I spent over thousands dollars in Starbucks. And this is the first Starbucks which want me to leave and telling me that I am not buying anything and this seat is just for ‘customer’.

So what’s the new policy that everyone can sit in a Starbucks? All of that is just a joke? Sorry for being rude. Let say if coffee bean didn’t announce this news, I won’t sit in it when I am not customer.

I am just sitting in and going to buy a drink later after my online meeting, why can’t I stay in there when Starbucks is empty (if it is full of customer, then may be I will leave the place for other needed customer)?

The customer service is really bad and she is a Malaysian?! I am Malaysian too and this really makes me feel ashamed.

If the store owner saw this post, I suggest you change your policy in the future. Or else you lose a lot of your potential customer,...

I wish i could rate it as no star. Super arrogant attitude from the staff, as I walk in, tons of people sitting outside without even buying a drinks, hard to find any empty table. Bring my phone walk in planning to buy some hot latte, and also take some selfie, suddenly a Malay guy staff shouting across the counter Hello, no photo taken allow. That sudden moments every customer indoor sitting looking at me as a dumb fxxx, feel so angry. Didn't even see no photo allow sign... Won't be back to this Starbuck anytime Soon,and I will make sure my friends and family members won't patron this outlet too. Found a better cafe on same row as Richdad. Much friendly staff and greater price tag serving some food too not only cakes...
