Had our CNY dinner ( dinner of 5) this evening. Preorder their 盆菜set. End up the serving was delayed for 45 minutes and after multiple gentle reminder. The 盆菜 was poorly displayed and disappointing as the prawn and sea cucumber is mushy, soft and alling apart. It ruined our dinner night as we worry spoiled seafood might cause gastroenteritis episode.

So total damage around RM 972 after being discounted for 10 percent when we pay the bill. Frankly speaking the customer service that we received was awful and undertrained. Please do remind that customer 's constructive feedback is important to improve the quality of food and dining experience. We as customer shouldn't be treated recklessly and we shall not tolerate such inconsiderate behaviour ( being shouted and thrown over our balance after being confronted on your food quality ? )

In conclusion the restaurant left a bad experience in terms of food quality and...

NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. BOYCOTTING. HORRIBLE POLICY.

5 adults and 1 two year toddler. Wasn’t told we are going to be charged for per head for tea even if we didn’t drink. 2 drank and the rest of the three adults ordered canned drinks. My 2 year old obviously drank his own water. Bill came and we were charged 6 pax of tea. I asked the staff and they said it’s the policy. Even my baby of 2 years old needs to be charged for tea ??? Who in the right mind allow toddler to drink tea??? He said there’s nothing he can do. No manager around. Nothing he could do. We did ask beforehand and said only 2 pax will be drinking tea and the rest will order something else. Nothing was highlighted to us. Nonetheless thereafter nothing they could do. The staff asked me to leave a Google review for feedback if I wished AND WAIT...

Best Dim Sum in Genting! Must-Try!

We had an amazing dining experience at Youmiqi Palace 有米氣 in Genting Highlands! Our group of 16 was split into two tables, and every single one of us agreed—the food was absolutely delicious!

The dim sum was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly executed. From the juicy dumplings to the crispy dumplings and silky cheong fun, every bite was a delight. The quality and taste were top-notch, definitely the best dim sum spot in Genting!

Service was efficient, and the ambiance was cozy yet elegant. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff was attentive and made sure we had a great experience.

We’ll definitely be back on our next trip! Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and high-quality dim sum in...

The dining atmosphere was cozy and the availability of private rooms, which are perfect for private gatherings. However, I found the portion sizes of the dishes to be quite small, and the prices were on the higher side. It felt a bit overpriced for the value provided. As for the food, the sweet and sour meat (冰镇咕噜肉) didn’t meet my expectations. The meat wasn’t crispy, and the overall taste was just average. Meanwhile, the spicy chicken (辣子鸡) wasn’t as authentic or spicy as it traditionally should be. That said, if you treat it as a regular crispy fried chili chicken dish, it was tasty. Overall, while the ambiance was pleasant, the food quality and portion sizes could definitely be improved to better align with the pricing.
