As you can see from the picture, it has all 5 tastes (sweet, sour, salty, spicy and bitter) in a single dish ā˜ŗļø Another dish to try is their Nasi Ayam Saus Telur Asin which I think is equally good. In terms of services, it can be a hit or miss. Sometimes you can get your meal fast sometimes you will have to wait for awhile. This comes from a patron who has visited this place for more than 5 times.

However, I do agree with other reviewers when it comes to the customer service. Thereā€™s definitely room for improvement in that area to match the quality of the food.

However, the ā€œIkan Terbangā€ was enjoyable & crispy.. especially when paired with the complimentary sauce siam. The satay sauce was also tasty, even if the satay itself didn't impress.

Food takes too long to come.

Food-wise: The tilapia fish is bitter because of the bile. Sambal was good. The bakso had 5-6 meatballs in it and the soup was had nothing else inside aside than the meatballs, no garnishes, no taugeh, nothing.

Service-wise: The chubby waitress asked us to wait for a while before showing us to our seats because she was updating status on FB.

The plain rice is refillable as stated on menu, but when asked for refill, the chubby waitress got annoyed and said, ā€œMmg kena byr lah.ā€ She then proceeded to walk round and round tables with her hands on her back, watching customers eat, like an invigilator watching over students taking their SPM exams. It was extremely uncomfortable.

recently visited Indo Asli Central iCity and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service they provided. From the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but their attentiveness truly made my visit special. The employee is treat us with a bad attitude, we waited outside almost 10 minutes and they come to us with such as bad temper. The way they ask us like "akak nak duduk mana???" with a bad tone of voice and making a face like they the only one tired there. The atmosphere & the food here is promising, but with your service is already mess up. You guys shouldn't treat customer like that, we didn't even ask questions you guys already show a bad attitude. IndoAsli, your employee doesn't even clean up the table they just sitting...
