Some broad points to follow (do also note that I am confining my following criticism to the one dish I’ve ordered, namely, the “Texas burger”).
I vividly remember that Christine bakery used to be good but my last night experience has reached a new low. Mind you, I am well aware of the pricing before ordering, that is, RM 39.00, small issue for me! But goddayum, it arrived looking unpalatable, unappealing and tasted awfully bland. Had I known it would be this bad, I would have gone for nearby Burger King processed food instead hahah.
Also Congrats to Christine bakery for triggering me, why? Saying this because I post bad food review once in a full moon, it must mean something is really wrong. Please improve and bulk up okay? That is all I gotta say. You’re charging RM 39 for god sake, it should reflect a certain level of quality at the very least.
I’m gonna stop here and I sincerely hope everyone read this to make an informed decision . Not unless the management pledge to improve. Anyway I also attach here the picture of the food for public judgment. I almost forgot to highlight one more thing, I opted for jalapeño + tomato infused bagel (can’t exactly remember it), but come on man, this is just plain ol bagel bruh. Don’t play me leh dai lou. In the words of our comedian...
Read moreMy mother and I were initially given an outdoor seat by the host as we were given the choice of indoor or outdoor seating - and we happily chose the latter. We were brought to a nice table but the servers did not attend to us to take our orders for 15 minutes until we called to them personally - which we can empathize because the outdoor seating may not be in their direct view. To our horror, we were scolded by the waiter, Hassan who attacked us after we thanked him for coming over. He was annoyed at us for “sitting away from their view” and sarcastically told us that we would need to call many times if we want to be noticed for any further orders since we are were away from their main crowd. After ordering, the waiter gave us a very annoyed look and and told us that we will be ignored again as long as we remain seated in this table - that we should sit wherever is most convenient for the waiters. We were so shocked by this poor service that we had to politely ask if he could clarify the snide remarks made and he just repeated it with more annoyance. Appalling service and very rude staff (Hassan). Kindly attend to this matter as we are your regulars and this sort of incidence definitely put us off from...
Read moreHonest review for wagyu crozza: The wagyu simply tastes like regular beef but it was still really good nonetheless. Wish they had a plain cheese crozza because that's how good their crozza is! Even eaten cold it was still very delicious and soft.
Ordered on beep for pickup as linked by their socials but when I arrived, the staff told me that their system had a problem so I had to sit down and wait for them to make my order. I had no problem with it as I was blessed with a freshly made crozza (which may I remind you once again, was reaaalllyyy good)!
If anyone is a first-timer here and has parking anxiety like I do, no worries! Just go straight to the corner of the building and turn left there. Once you're in the building, the right side parking is premium parking while the left side is regular parking (RM1 for the first 2 hours if I'm not mistaken). Cashless parking is available (TnG card must have a minimum of RM20) and also by parking ticket. There's an ATM in the building and the autopay machine accepts RM10 notes. Valet parking is also available at RM12 per entry.
Side note for the bakery, please please do a plain crozza with just cheese and tomato sauce :((...
