Sorry but please DO NOT STAY here unless you are on a budget & solo. My parents & I stayed in a room together (3 person room, 1 queen size/ 1 single) simple for what it is. It's so awkward as you can see the bathroom door is not fully closed the whole piece of glass is open on top. Thus any sound u make in the bathroom can be heard by everyone in the room). SOUNDPROOFING IS HORRIBLE. Can hear next door, down stairs, outside every thing lol. Imagine u go to flush the toilet at night u wake everyone up in the room.

THE AIR-CONDITIONING TAKES A LONG TIME TO WARM UP. We almost thought it wasn't working but u have to let it run for at least 30min at the lowest temperature then it will only start to get cold (pressing the fan speed doesn't change anything)

Bad for senior citizens cos the floor is slippery. MAINTENANCE IS BAD. You can see the dirty sheets, dripping water from the tap, the sink is cracked, the walls are dirty, theres no cupboard as well to hang clothes, just some hangers behind the door.

One measly handwash in the bathroom, 2 toilet rolls and 1 towel each person. One bathroom mat. Spring coil beds, and the pillow is as flat as a pancake.

The next door people if they come back late and u can hear the door closing. Plus when they shower our room's shower also drips water. You can also hear if their chair scrapes against the floor.

The 1 star is only for the location, which is right next to Pelita so easy food & very close to Sunway Pyramid (walking across the road). Plus it has a pool table, games & free drinks in the lobby. We stayed here for five nights and, honestly, I would not choose this place again.

The room was extremely small and low, with almost no space to set up or store our equipment. For three people staying several days, this was incredibly inconvenient. The bathroom was poorly designed – the toilet and shower are combined, so the floor is constantly wet, making it unpleasant to use. Privacy is also a serious issue: the bathroom door is not fully opaque, and you can actually see someone showering.

Entertainment was another disappointment. The TV channels were terrible, with no movies or decent options, so for the entire stay we had nothing to watch.

The only saving grace was the staff – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. We also appreciated the 24-hour coffee machine and the games room.

We booked the hotel through Agoda and the ratings were high and clean. But when we get here the rooms were very dirty and the heater was not working. I understand it’s a budget hotel but the hygiene is not okay. The sheets were stained yellow, the toilet was not properly cleaned and the floor and walls were badly stained. The shower heater was not working and there were no rooms for us to change after calling the receptionist. We originally booked for a 4 day stay, but we checked out the next morning after one uncomfortable night.

The good thing is that we managed to get a refund after calling customer service. That’s for the 2 star. There is an arcade in the building, the interior is futuristic. It’s suitable for people and friends who like games, not suitable for family with children.
