I had a pleasant experience dining at this McDonald's branch, which is rare if I were to compare it to other places, especially during peak hours. I placed my order through the Self-Ordering Kiosk, but unfortunately, there was a problem with the cashless payment method, so I had to do it all over again and selected to pay at the counter instead. The staff was attentive to the issue I raised and I even got my food under 10 minutes, which was quick. I had a little trouble searching for a table since it was crowded at 8 PM. I ordered a medium Spicy Chicken McDeluxe set meal and upgraded my drink to a small cup of Milo. The meal cost me RM17.95, including tax. The size of the burger was just alright, but it could be better. As for the spicy chicken, it was juicy and I loved it. I also decided to try out the new Green Tea Chocolate McFlurry (RM6.90, including tax) after finishing my meal and it did not take too long to arrive. The staff were busy handling dine-in, takeaways, delivery and drive-thru orders, but they work very quickly while keeping their friendly energy, especially the customer service ambassador in the purple uniform! Drive thru don’t have cone or sign board saying NO DRIVE THRU! We drive in they say need to walk in. Walk in but 90% of the item not available.. Then why signage says 24 hours ??? Ordered one rice porridge and coffee only but they counter boy took so long shouting left and right asking pick up at “Mc cafe or do here at counter the americano “ after multiple questions finally he told us no coffee brewing. Read moreThe staff at this outlet need some serious training. I ordered nasi lemak with extra sambal, and came back home to find only 1 sambal. The outlet was super empty at that hour, if crowded i can understand you missed out. I saw the staff looking at my order slip repeatedly then suddenly the extra sambal couldn’t read is it? There was once I ordered food via drive thru, and the staff just pass me the food and shut the window while my order was incomplete. While waiting i spotted staff were busy chit chatting hugging each other.
This is not the first they screwed my order. I ordered party set sometimes back via grab and i had shortage of 3 burgers. So unreliable.

Dear Management, please brief your staff on this ya. This is simply ridiculous. They pack everything is the compact bag and dont expect customer to check and take out everything one by one lah. Especially delivery order, double check before you send out lah.
