Sure, you close the physical counter because there are too many orders you need to process, but I don't understand why there is a need to ignore your customers who have been standing at the counter, as if we are invisible. Not everyone wants to order over the counter. Some might just want to check the status of their orders that were placed online or via app.
Not even a quick 'how may I help you?' upon seeing us standing there, or 'sorry' or 'thank you for waiting' after passing my order to me and getting an earful from me.
There were 4/5 staff working at that point. Not even one was friendly or intuitive enough to respond to customer's needs. All were seemingly 'busy' with packing the large amount of orders coming in. They don't look like they like their job too much too.
Customer experience = 0 wouldn't have gone to do takeaway but the kid wanted food from Pizza Hut.

I am the nearby customer who use to opt for TAPAU but 5 time out of 5 time always need wait for more than an hour for my food to be ready (after the estimate collection time) even though there was barely any traffic at that time. The food preparation process seemed disorganized, and the staff appeared to be struggling to keep up with the orders.
I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience, especially considering that Pizza Hut is a famous chain store with a reputation for quality and efficiency.
Hopefully hthe management takes notice of the inefficiencies and lack of customer service at this outlet and takes immediate steps to rectify the situation. As a loyal customer of Pizza Hut, I expect better and hope that my feedback is...
Read moreMade order from the app and the pizza came in damp and wet box which upon opening the box, the pizza was mushed up. Ordered onion rings with sauce but came with the sauce all mixed up which is so mushy and unappetising. The delivery person did not have a weatherproof bag so food order was just placed in a plastic bag and exposed to rain/sun to which is the reason why the box and food came wet & damp.
Lodge a complain to pizza hut customer service and all is mentioned they will get the store to replaced the order. However in this situation, I wouldn’t dare to take a bite of the replacement order to be honest due to the service rendered experienced.
