True isn't it? When it comes to coffee, people can be mad about it. That is one of the reasons why cafe business is booming especially in Klang Valley. I wouldn't say that our coffee culture is as vibrant as Australia, but safe to say that almost everywhere that you go, you'll find a cafe.

Out come MAD Coffee - in case you're wondering, MAD is the initial for Mother And Daughter - a new cafe serving the people in Puchong. Located in the up & coming IOI Rio , I took an instant liking as soon as I stepped into the cafe. It was well-thought out with earthy, cosy & warm colours for its interiors + furnitures.. lit up with equally warm LED lights. This is one cafe that one can easily spend hours in.

Still a work-in-progress, expect more additions to MAD Coffee soon. Seats are available on the ground floor as well as mezzanine floor.

◾Mad about chocolate RM15 - I can't resist ordering my favourite endorphin-inducing dessert whenever I see one. Love the moist and not-too-sweet slice of cake. ◾Mom's Orange Mocha - a concoction of fresh orange laced espresso with oat milk and single origin chocolate. Something creative for those who want to try something different. ◾Flat White - it has got the required taste & strength.

Apart from cake, do take a look at their matcha tart, and their cute sponge cakes. Pastries will be made available soon.

Spending Federal holiday in this cozy and nice cafe. Ambience in here was pleasant and quiet. A chill place to spend your time here during weekend or even at the weekdays.

Orders : Foods Pain au chocolat was smells and taste good when it served hot. It’s pretty crispy at the outer layer and the chocolate is not too sweet, perfectly match.

Perfect Match-a Chiffon was a matcha chiffon topped with matcha whipped cream and a strawberry on top. The main matcha taste is from the matcha whipped cream and the matcha chiffon just taste mild.

Drinks Boi boi, a signature drink’s recommended by barista and it’s taste good and refreshing. Refreshing coffee comes with a ‘Asam boi’ and mint inside. Definitely recommend to have a try on this.

Purple potato latte was a bomb of purple potato flavour. A bit sweet but it’s okay since it is purple potato. Is a must if you are a purple potato lover.

Came here after seeing a recommendation by a friend. Saw the high review rating from Google as well, hence decided to come all the way here to give it a try. Came on Sunday @ 10.30am and noted they were having some event, most likely for the influencers or for some sort of promotions. The place is already rather small and packed... with the shoes & makeup counter display.. it is cramp. Ordered hot cappucino and cold rose flavour latte. Tried the smoked ham & chicken pastry, almond croissant & peach blossom cake. Drinks & pastries were good but the cake was a little bland. 3 stars were given due to the fact that the pastries were sent to the different table and again, for the 2nd time, the cake was again sent to the other table wrongly until the other patron highlighted to the staff.
