Update: From 5 stars to 1 star

During my last visit, I ordered a drink and a meal. The drink was nice, as the barista was willing to make it with less ice and less sugar.

However, the food was a total CHAOS. I ordered their shakshuka, which was their new dish. It costs about RM30, and what I get was a very cheap sausage (those that I won't even eat or buy, like those RM10 per pack). It was not even real meat! I can't believe, with RM30 and what I get is this kinda food? It is just like street stall sausage.

The shaksuka itself is also a WHOLE DISASTER, using yellow beans as if it's an Indian curry dish, it doesn't taste like shakshuka AT ALL.

My friend tried the bagel, but the bagel was as hard as a stone. She tried 3 times, and 2 times were in this condition.

I directly gave this feedback to the waiter, they offered me a free burnt cheesecake, but I didn't take the offer as what I want was an explanation or resolution regarding this dish. They obtained my phone number, saying that their management will contact me, but it's a TOTAL LIE.

I am super disappointed with KOSA, I usually visit once in a few weeks due to the price, but I always felt worth it. This time round, this cheap shakshuka, me being forced to eat those unhealthy food stall sausages, this deceiving attitude, I doubt I'll visit again.

Tried their caffe latte, not bad! Parking was not hard to find around 6pm.

Environment was good, spacious and classy.

Cozy Cafe with Amazing Food and Atmosphere!

Kosa Coffee is a hidden gem in Bandar Puteri Puchong! The cafe has a beautiful, cozy interior that’s perfect for relaxing, working, or catching up with friends. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and you can feel the warm ambiance as soon as you step inside.

We tried several items on the menu, and each one was delicious! The Salmon Kale Croissant was a standout—crispy croissant with fresh salmon and kale, a healthy yet flavorful combination. The Classic Chicken Avocado Sourdough was also amazing, with tender chicken and creamy avocado on perfectly toasted sourdough.

For a hearty option, the Italian Meatball Delight Pasta was packed with flavor, featuring juicy meatballs and rich tomato sauce. To top it all off, we had the Tiramisu Almond Praline Cake for dessert, which was a delightful balance of coffee flavor and nutty crunch.

As for drinks, the Vietnamese White Latte was fantastic—smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with a rich coffee flavor that was not too overpowering. I also tried the Roasted Hazelnut Chocolate Ice, which was indulgent and creamy, with a delicious roasted hazelnut flavor that paired wonderfully with the chocolate. It's the perfect treat to cool off or to accompany your meal.

Overall, Kosa Coffee offers quality food in a stylish, comfortable environment. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a great...

Not aware the existing of this cafe and its brand until accidentally found this cafe while had appointment at Chiropractic Clinic, really low profile and humble. It is actually a Sarawak based cafe with 3 outlets in Sarawak, 1 each in KL & Puchong. It is spacious and cozy with nice environment. Food and drinks are acceptable. Would like to order Espresso Con Panna on both 23 & 24 June 2023 but the staff claimed that there is no stock on special cream so unable to made, we will understand that if 1 day without cream but not on the next day on weekday as well, it is unacceptable. Seem like your staff is no good to monitor and order the stock, or there is a communication broke down between baristas and the manager, or the Manager and HQ. And when asked the staff regarding the texture of the cake either in cake foam or mousse cream type but non of them (1 Mallay girl with glasses, 1 Malay young boy & Florence) unable to answer that simple basic question and asked on each others in front of me. To HQ, please let your staff to try on everything in the menu to avoid this kind of embarrassment happen again with others customer, the product knowledge is very important, especially in F&B and service lines. The washroom is without tissue, and the water tap at the basin was broken after full house on Sunday,...
