We ordered 5 bowls of mee with DIY vege and meat...2 bowls shared by 3 of my kids...With the price charges for 5 bowls is quite pricey though but the most weird thing is they didn't even ask any students here when making payment coz is written students got 10% discount...kids with only secondary school and above is entitled to the discount, primary school student are not entitled(ridiculous unless stated only for secondary school students & above lar)...the best part is one of my kids just going to enter 1st year secondary school without student card(bukan semua sekolah ada student card lah) show ic tak jalan, show class watsapp group with school logo pun tak jalan...tired to argue I just paid and I must say I won't makan here in future and is not recommended....another thing is they mistakenly mixed my wife vegetables inside mine 🤦‍♂️...some message to me to the boss of Hou Long MalaTang Puchong Bandar Puteri pls get the real definition of student... NOT...

Ambience: large dining area inside and outside the shop, with extra decos but inside the shop was quite messy and confusing with the food selection area and cashier area

Service: the manager introduced the place and most waiters were polite but something about the place just makes me a lil uncomfortable. One thing to mention here on google review is that they ask each customer to write a 5-start review in exchange for a drink that only cost RM2 so BE AWARE OF ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS here as I was tricked by this. I insisted not writing and they were very unhappy about it. ( I have attached a pic of their 5-star review policy)

Food: It was decent and great for sharing as we could choose variety. However the selection area was very messy and I could say looked unhygienic as the freezer wasn’t cold or had any shades. Some of the tofu or meat had turned brownish so I am not sure about how...

❌pork ❌ramen ❌Maggie ❌fried meat I actually used to love this place a lot. They have a wide range of ingredient options to choose from. However, during my latest visit, they don’t have taiwan sausage, pork dried meat, spam luncheon meat, cheese bursting pork ball, pork meatball anymore… They even reduce the options for the main, no more ramen, Maggie, udon, etc… The staff told me that they will remove all pork options in the near future. It’s sad to hear this as their speciality is their pork broth. What even more disappointing is that, by reducing their meat options, you have very limited choices. Remember that their unit price is the same for both vegetables and meat. In this case, you will have more vegetables options (relatively). I dont get their management’s strategy and I will...
