The staffs are not attentive and serious about service. I was the first in line to make order but I had to wait for them to finish chit chatting. There were other customers behind me. When I know my food was ready (no drinks), it was on the tray for quite awhile, i was pretty sure it was my order. I waited for a while for them to call me as my order is ready but they didnât. Hence, I checked with the barista if I can take the food as I didnât order drinks (ok maybe I shouldnât ask him cos he was not the one checking order but he stood the nearest to me so I asked him.) He looked at me, he heard me and he just ignored me and looked away! Ok fine. I finally got the right person to ask for. She looked at me, she heard me and she ignored me! I was shocked. Then, I called her again and I let her know I was talking to her (in a way asking her not to ignore me) and her reply was âMiss, we follow queueâ. I think this can handled in a more polite and more professional way. Donât ignore and make customers ask twice. And how you reply really make a difference. You could have answered me at the first place and I would wait even though my order is ready and left cold on the tray for quite sometime. Terrible experience at this coffee...

I understand this outlet is one of the busiest since itâs located inside a hospital, so waiting a little longer is acceptable. But whatâs not acceptable is rude customer service.
I was waiting for my drink, only to see people who ordered after me receive theirs first. When I asked about it, the staff said they had accidentally mixed up the order queue and told me, âyou punya order lambat lagi kat belakang.â That is not my problem, and definitely not the way to respond to a customer.
When another customer who ordered later got their drink, I confronted again. This time, the staff yelled back at me and sarcastically told her colleague to âmake my order faster since I complained.â
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. What a shame, especially considering this outlet is inside a hospital. The least they could do is show some kindness and empathy. Management should seriously review the attitude and training of their staff

   Read moreI visited the Coffee Bean outlet at Sunway Medical Centre (Subang) near C Level and was extremely disappointed with the staff's unprofessional behavior. Despite waiting patiently in a long queue for my caramel macchiato, I noticed a staff member casually referring to it as âchacha,â which was both confusing and inappropriate. When I inquired, she confirmed it was my order, but no cup holder or tissues were provided, claiming they no longer offer holders.
To make matters worse, while the queue was increasing, the staff were busy clearing trash and giggling amongst themselves instead of efficiently attending to customers. This behavior is unacceptable for a well-established, premium coffee chain. The staff displayed behavior more suited to a kindergarten than a professional café.
