As a person from a FNB background and being running FNB operation, truly impressed with one of the staff name Xiao Yi. This girl have been very attentive and also demonstrated what a real customer service is.. she is considerate from the moment we step in, ensuring we are take care of while waiting for our friend to arrive and also very smart and quick when she knew that we are celebrating our friend birthday and prepare a surprise cake to be serve. I am writing this with hope the management do recognise the efforts and impressive job that she have display and really hope the management value this staff and recognise her efforts. Is very difficult to have such a great and good staff. To be very honest, it will be a big missed if the management lose her. And I do know how competitive is the in FNB business for staff turnover. As for Xiao Yi, please keep up your good service and I am sure u have a bright future career in hospitality line. All the best and thanks for your service. U have make my outing in the restaurant very special...

I quite like the branding of this chain. However there was just 3 types of soup stock for you to choose from and we went with keang som and corn. The keang som was surprisingly not as sour as those from Thailand and the corn soup was okay. The choices of meat was fine but I find the marinated meat not as interesting as the plain type which goes well with the soup. The prawn, clams, mussel, scallop type of clams were mid sized while the bamboo clams were big but I do not fancy the flower squid. Notably absent from the selection were beef, lamb and crabs while there were only 1 type of prawn and fish and they we'rent that good to begin with. The drinks offered includes the Thailand milk and green tea as well as a few types of ice creams, but i would've preferred traditional Thai desserts. Service was quite fast and the price was acceptable though not the best bang for your bucks. Although the time is limited to 2 hours, we were quite done by 90 minutes.

Did a booking before heading over and glad that we did. They will hold on to your reservation for 15 minutes before releasing to other customers.

Place was fully air conditioned, yet the inside of the shop didn't smell too pungent from all the constant grilling and cooking. Staff kept changing new oil paper for grilling, keeping the grill hygienic and enjoyable.

We went for the Seafood add-on. They will bring over 1 set of each Seafood Ingredient for the first round and you'll have to ask the staff for more after. They are quite swift on their feet, so don't worry.

Their marinated meat are well marinated, but a little too much for me. I'd recommend 1 plate of each type of marinated meat and continue your night with the unmarinated ones. The flavor is just too much for me.

The place was clean and the ambience was comfortable. The washroom was well maintained.

I can definitely see myself visiting the place again in the near future if I need a fixing for quality...
