I went to this restaurant accompanied by 7 other family members. Service and food were disaster. To start with I had to call them 3 times just to get the drinks. 2 times I had to go by myself to the bar and told me to go back to table and then they will come to take the order sort of. Finally the order was taken and waited about 1 and half hrs just to get our starters. In the meantime not even some breads in the table my mom had to take some sweets as her sugar levels were dropping. Then the starters came, first came 4 then came 3 when first 4 were almost done. After about another hour of our having starts they came to tell us that they don't have 2 Salmon that we ordered 2 hrs before and they can only serve us with one. After, they brought main course for 6 of us my husband order was no where to be seen. We almost finished and still my husband's order was not there . We ordered Ribeyes medium done but I couldn't even chew it. We left it there without eating. I went and complained but nothing was done i just got an apology! To top it all up we got charged for 2 bottles wine which was not even ordered. By the time I payed the bill no desserts were served(it was included in the set menu) I asked to for take away because I was not staying there any longer Really a good way to have mothers day lunch (with my mum as it was her present,). Not only us there were almost many people who complained and told that they...

For €20, I was treated to a “gourmet” plate of frozen delights: veggies, fries, and a ribeye that all had one thing in common—they could’ve doubled as ice packs an hour earlier. The steak? I ordered medium, but what I got was so well-done it was basically steak jerky. I half-expected it to crumble into dust when I cut it.
The restaurant was completely empty (gee, I wonder why), yet somehow it took 30 minutes for them to microwave my “feast.” At one point, I thought maybe they were out back hunting for a new cow. Nope, just a masterclass in culinary procrastination.
If you’re into paying premium prices for a meal that comes straight from the freezer aisle, D’Orsini’s is your spot. For the rest of us, maybe stick to a sandwich at home. At least there, you know it won’t take half an hour or...
Read moreIt is in a lovely location and I'd been there quite a few times before with friends. Yesterday was a disaster, I wanted to share a Greek platter with a friend. Instead of Feta, there were mozzarella and cheeslets, instead of hummus there was bigilla. It was not Greek by far. When we spoke to the waitress there she told us the chef didn't really know the difference or maybe he ran out of things and she will remove the platter from the bill. Since the kitchen had closed, we couldn't really order anything else, so we still nibbled from it as we were hungry. That waitress had finished her shift in the meantime. By the end of the night, it was time for the bill, another girl came and as you can imagine the platter was not removed from the bill and when I told her so, I was given no answer. Will never see my party of...
