Adelphi Restaurant — Restaurant in Rabat

I had a disappointing experience with Adelphi. Due to an unforeseen health issue, I contacted the hotel to request a reschedule of my reservation. I understand their policy of not offering refunds, but I was surprised and disappointed that they were unwilling to accommodate a change of dates. Given the exceptional circumstances, I had hoped for a bit of understanding and flexibility. Unfortunately, their rigid stance left me feeling unsupported and dissatisfied. It seems that customer service and compassion are not priorities here.I would caution future guests to be aware of their strict policies, especially when unexpected situations arise. This experience has certainly influenced my decision to avoid this hotel in the future and seek out more accommodating...

Food was really delicious BUT

the fact that we had to pay 10 euros per person EVEN IF one of us didn’t feel like eating a main course was a steal. My father was gonna share and eat a starter and some of the food from us cause he wasn’t so hungry but the waitress declined and said he would need to pay a 10 euro charge if he didn’t order a main course. WTFFFF???

Also we had called beforehand asking if we could bring with us a cake that was pre bought (so as not to go to waste and enjoy eating it together) and we had to pay 2 euros per person!!! Amounting to 28 EUROS! more than the cake itself 😂😂 disgusting.

Last time we will come here. Which is unfortunate cause the food was so good but we were not treated right…....

After visiting various places here in Malta, I had good experiences, but unfortunately, it wasn't the case here. We were served by a waitress who had an inappropriate attitude from the start. We hadn't even had time to open the menu, and she insisted on taking our drink orders. We asked for a few minutes, and while we were ordering, my wife inquired about the dessert menu. The waitress replied that they don't have desserts, only food, and insisted on ordering quickly, or else we wouldn't be served. This is truly ridiculous. This unprofessional service really bothered me. We decided to go elsewhere. Avoid it if you don't want to be treated poorly by rude and...
