Roll&Chill Valletta — Restaurant in Valletta

I am writing to share my recent experience at your establishment, which occurred on today evening Unfortunately, the service I received was below the standard I have come to expect from roll & chill

Upon entering the shop, I was not greeted warmly. Instead, the waiter informed me that I needed to wait for five minutes as he had other orders to attend to. When I finally placed my order, I requested a smoothie and a lemonade passion fruit, both of which are listed on your menu. However, I was told that smoothies and ice were unavailable. Consequently, I had to settle for a water and a soft drink, even though I had initially wanted a smoothie and a waffle.

This experience left me quite disappointed. The waiter’s attitude was unwelcoming, and it was clear that the staff were not adequately trained to provide the level of service expected. Such service issues can significantly impact customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of your business.

Also at the end the waiter is informing that they don’t have an outdoor seating area while I am seeing empty table at the corner of the shop that’s exactly shows the brand of the shop .

This place makes fantastic rolled ice cream; we took mango + pistachio , mango + biscof and pistachio + oreo. All were delicious. If you’re thirsty, after walking around the scorching Valletta’s old town, or after the ice cream, they offer home made coolers / lemonades / ice teas. All 3 we took were delicious and refreshing - i took the lemon Earlgrey and it was perfect. And they’ll advise which one you should take to match your sourness / sweetness preferences, and they’ll adjust them further if possible. And the owners are the nicest, kindest couple....
