Rude person behind the counter. We asked to try some of the Gelato. My wife and I shared the little bit he gave us to taste. It was going well until we wanted to try a third flavor. The guy became very rude, telling us off and then ignored us. We were stunned by this and at first thought it was a joke. When we realised he was serious we decided to leave without ordering anything. As we left he was accusing us of being scamming tourists. During our visit to Independent Square, we opted to purchase pastizzi due to a queue. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the queue, which enabled us to obtain our pastizzi promptly. The service provided was exceptional, and we appreciated the friendliness and politeness of the staff. Pastries are delicious. I had the tuna ftira, and it was so good that I came back later for pastizzi and imqaret. Also had cannoli and a coffee. All was amazing!
