McDonald's — Restaurant in Hollywood

Got screamed at and verbally abused by the manager to keep this very short. I ordered a cheese burger without meat and they gave us a burger that was just the buns with onions. I asked if I could get the cheese and note I was not yelling or shouting. But the cashier was very annoyed. She went back got me a new burger, and this was just meat. I asked if I could literally just get cheese and she said one moment but then came back with the manager and 3 staff members. The manager was screaming and I mean LITERALLY screaming at me. I showed the receipt and he still kept screaming at me and was walking away screaming. At this point the cashier realized she misunderstood and that I was just asking for the item on the receipt and turned away from us while another worker looked at the receipt and was very kind in getting the item for us. Me and my party were absolutely shocked because one, no one screamed at them or was rude to the staff. As a former food worker and someone that works with the public, I know how rough staff are treated. It feels almost as if the cashier said something to the manager that was untrue or something that had him absolutely livid with us. I have no idea. I've never been screamed at like that in my life. The type of screaming where spit is flying out of your mouth and you're seeing red. Will be reporting to corporate because I still don't understand what happened and I hope the cameras...

Ordered a McFlurry and soda through the app. I get to the store and they tell me they don’t have ice cream and asked if I wanted something else. I said no just the soda so he gives me the soda and says nothing else. I ask him what do I do about the mcflurry and he says he will get the manager but instead He starts naming different items for me to get instead I eventually accepted a frappe to be nice and not cause any extra work of getting a refund especially, since I paid through the app, he told me he will give me a large frappe then I hear his manager in the background being rude saying no she’s not getting a large its more money than the mcflurry. First of all I didn’t want the frappe, i accepted it to be nice and not make things more difficult for the manager and it’s just horrible customer service for him to act like that. I hate that i paid for something that I absolutely did not want to help make things easier for someone so rude. I just took the medium frappe and left because I really did not want inconvenience my afternoon any more than it was but I will not return. That’s what I get for...

This McDonalds sucks their drive thru employees are super rude and don’t even want to do their job first I pulled in the drive thru bc the second one wasn’t working , as I arrived I said hello the lady told me you don’t have to say hello everytime yu pull up so I said excuse me the other side wasn’t working and I wanted to make sure this one was she said yall do this everytime yall pull in I can hear you and see you which isn’t very nice then I order 2 medium fries but for some reason she put one , so as I’m checking my other I notice they didn’t have my French fries and only gave me one sweet and sour sauce after ordering 2 hamburgers and 2 boxes of nuggets so I asked Alex the employee can I get some more sweet and sour sauce and he said rudely no it’s 45 cents and I said I’m also missing my other French fries instead of apologizing for their mistake he told me well go back around because he wouldn’t order it for me this place sucks and they have no respect and their non ethical their manager needs to fire Alex and the lady with an accent their a bad look on the company .
