I ordered a Mexican hot chocolate with an extra shot of chocolate because I told him that the drink was too light the last time. I also asked it to be with soy milk. I was charged 80 pesos. A couple of minutes later I was then asked for another 10 pesos as I take it that they did not understand that I wanted it with milk substitute. Afterwards the person that gave me the drink, which was not the waiter but the server did not give me a napkin. I then asked to be seated and was given a table. The waiter came back to me a couple of minutes later to tell me that there is a 1hr limit. I told him that I am here to just drink my chocolate and that I won't be here that long. I also suggested that they post a sign on the 1hr limit. The drink was light like the last time but I didn't say anything because I just wanted to finish up and go. Last I know that they have had students here in the past that have spent hours there but I don't believe anything is...
Read moreDisappointed, am always coming here and I’ve always ordered the same thing almond joy frape and as always good just not today, barista needs to learn his menu better and be nicer. I took my drink back due that it was not drinkable tasted weird and watery. It’s usually really iced not today and not only my coffee my family’s too. Mine was the worst and I could even finish it it was more than half that’s the reason I took it back. They stated they would make me a new one to then an employee coming to the table and letting me know they couldnt make me a new one and reason that it tasted weird was because they put to much coconut, that if I wanted a new one I would have to purchase. We purchased more than 2000 pesos with all my family and could make me a new one because they messed up my order.. would want to come back to this...

Wi-Fi virtually non-existent upstairs which was disappointing.
My one gripe about this chain is that the pastries are always so terrible. They insist on selling Costco goods (which they refrigerate) when there are a hundred artisan bakeries in TJ they could source from. It...
