Food is not worth the price. Food is bland. Bread on the "Tortas" is only good to eat alone or little butter. Very soft, almost like slice bread. Mexican combo (chile relleno, enchiladas and tacod) very, very disappointing. The only thing that was somewhat acceptable was the nopal salad. But not great. Lemonade w/ mineral water was made with some weird flavor lemon. Maybe bottle lemon juice. The salsa for the chips was not good.. we asked for another type of salsa and they brought us, something like pico de gallo, which was ok but not great. The refried beans they serve with the chips was bland, no flavor. The best part of the meal was the chips as they did not have grease. Prices are very high. One Lemonade is about$3.50 , Torta was about 15 dollars, Mexican Combo plate was about 16 dollars. Total was almost $40.00 dollars. For Tijuana, is very high. If the food was great, I would be ok with price but it was less than ok. I don't recommend this restaurant except to use the bathroom. Restroom was very clean, modern and best restroom I've seen in Tijuana. The restaurant in general is ok but food gets a one star because I can't give it a zero. Waiter was pleasant but lacked ...

Waiters seem to take a moment to get to you but don't worry you're just hungry. Once you put in your order they are a hand raise away. The food was delicious, red salsa (hot and lingers) green salsa (hot but goes away) chips (crunchy).. we ordered drinks + orange juice (tasted like fresh squeezed oranges).. tacos dorados de res, frijoles and queso fundido con chorizo.. unfortunately I don't have photos because I literally did not pick up my phone for an hour during dinner. That tells you how delicious it all was. My friend ordered a club sandwich with fries which to be honest although she says it was good.. if you're going to Ricardo's.. order a Mexican dish like chilaquiles, caldos, enchiladas, tacos .. etc.. anyways I highly recommend. I came here last night on Monday 13th 2020, and my experience was horrible. I always come here and dine out with my wife but last night was the last time I ever come here again. I ordered the chicken breast plate and the food was very bland with no flavor. The chicken breast tasted like old carton, no flavor whatsoever, dry and hard. The vegetables were old, soggy and had a sour taste. The potatoe was old and brown. The tortillas were cold and hard. Its ridiculous, they probably reheated the whole plate. I had gone to other Ricardo restaurants and the food was hot and fresh. Not to mention the waiter, he was plain rude and not very friendly. You guys need to make sure when you give customers their food, its hot and fresh. Overall the food sucked. Not coming...
