Chili's — Restaurant in Cancún

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chili's, and I can say that the experience was highly satisfying in several aspects. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, which immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed

The service at Chili's was exceptional. Right from the start, I was attended to very quickly without any wait. The staff was attentive and ensured all my needs were met without being intrusive. The waiters were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which helped me make informed decisions about the dishes. My order arrived promptly and in perfect condition, demonstrating the efficiency and coordination of the kitchen and service tea

I decided to order a sirloin burger, and I must say it was delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The fresh ingredients and attention to detail in the preparation made this burger one of the best I have had in a long time

The cleanliness of the restaurant is another notable aspect. From the tables to the bathrooms, everything was impeccably clean. It is evident that Chili's takes hygiene standards very seriously, which is especially important these days. The tables were regularly disinfected, which gave me great peace of mind during my visit.

In summary, my experience at Chili's was very positive. The combination of exceptional service, delicious food, and high hygiene standards makes this restaurant an excellent choice for those seeking a delicious meal in a safe and welcoming environment. De entrada no es grupo Alsea por lo que Wow no aplica aquí, es Foody. La comida es mas o menos rica, por que cambian un poco los platillos. En atención es deplorable, tardan media hora en darte las bebidas, otra media en servirte los platillos y en los condimentos ni se diga, esperamos hasta que se empezó a enfriar todo, nos tuvimos que levantar de la mesa a pedir las cosas varias veces; para cuando terminamos casi todo, llegó otra mesera diferente a quien nos atendía a decirnos un "chiste" porque ya habíamos terminado de comer sin condimentos y de gracia 0 cuando el servicio es tan malo. La mesa estaba sucia, pedimos que la limpiarán y aún así le quitamos mugre con las servilletas porque no la limpiaron bien. Nuestra mesera de nombre Cielo, aunque es risueña y amable, deja mucho que desear en servicio; te deja de atender por otras mesas, toma la orden y parece que conforme le da la gana te lleva las cosas... puede incluso verte del otro lado de la mesa, sonríe bonito y ahí te deja, para ponerse a platicar en caja hasta por 15 minutos con al menos 6 meseros más. Pedimos el molten de cumpleaños pero no nos cantaron, no sé sí sea porque en la cadena Foody no lo practiquen y en Alsea sí o porque no les interesó seguir con esa experiencia de cumpleaños. Ahora bien, el helado del molten sabía arenoso, cómo sí ya tuviera tiempo o si se hubiera descongelado varias ocasiones aunque el pan sí estaba rico. Hay espacio para niños por lo que no es extraño escucharlos gritar dentro o fuera en la terraza por que en plaza suelen ir por ahí también. El sándwich chicken ranch, tenía las papas recalentadas por no sé cuántas veces: llegaron calientes pero aguadas, chiclosas y grasosas, no valió pagar para hacerlas curly. Los bowls vienen con menos cantidad que en otras sucursales, así cómo aquí también aprendí que hay arrachera de cerdo y no está nada sabrosa aunque el de pollo sí. Las fajitas BBQ le picaron a una menor. De lo demás no hay queja, estuvo rico.

No hay espacio para silla de ruedas. Pedimos, un último refill a Cielo a las 7:02 pm y a las 7:43 que no llegó mejor pedimos la cuenta. Tuve todo ese tiempo para escribir esta reseña y se dice que el refill sigue sin llegar. Nos activaron la tarjeta Foody pero después de reclamar el cumpleaños se la llevaron y te la regresan al salir. Al pagar exacta nuestra cuenta y no dejar propina por el peor servicio que hemos recibido en años en un restaurante de cadena, Cielo nos regresó la tarjeta de puntos de mala gana. Vemos más reseñas negativas por lo mismo, ojalá hagan algo al respecto porque enojarse por tan horrible...

Well, first of all, I have to say, the bacon hamburger was very good, so were the two for one margaritas. The big problem was , the waiters couldn’t care less about you, the dreadful music was ruining the whole atmosphere. You could not even talk because some sick noise …loud…really loud rock music has to spoil the whole experience. Seriously, how loud do you have to turn the music on to get rid of well-meaning clients? Not everyone is a freak and just wants to eat a nice burger. I don’t know if this is normal for a chili in Mexico, but I will not come back to this one ever. A pity. Thanks for ruining our meal. 6 Pesos Tip ..Even that...
