Carbon Grill — Restaurant in El Tezal

Carbon is a very unique dinning experience my partner and I went on a whim . The food is just as advertised it is served to you on a grilled hot plate with flamed skewers. The presentation is everything and the service was next level. We had the chihuahua steak and chorizo and asked for salmon as well as an alternative. The salmon was cooked to perfection very tender well spiced and delicious flavor. To add, they give you a salad of your choice prior to the main coming out which was just enough to hold you over. The server was excellent and made great recommendations if you are in Los Cabo’s definitely check this place out. We went during the evening but I’m sure the views are that much more breath taking...

Had a great dinner at the Carbon Grill Restaurant at the Villa Del Palmar in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Adriana, the hostess, was more than willing to accommodate us, although we didn't have a reservation. The food was definitely the best we had while in Cabo. And Pedro, our waiter was the most attentive. After we informed them that we were on our honeymoon, they brought out a try of desserts, on the house. Definitely would recommend this place for a great dinner in a great location looking out...

Last night on our Cabo weekend getaway was spent getting full at Carbon Grill. The service, food, and views were great. The sounds of waves crashing and fireworks in the distance were very romantic.
