We have been coming to this restaurant since they opened. Never had a problem. It has always been a favorite. But things changed when we were there Sunday, November 24th, 2024. We ordered a large pizza, cauliflower wings and several beers. Our pizza was awesome, but the cauliflower wings came out cold. They were terrible. We told the young waitress wearing a face mask about it. We fully expected to be offered another that would come out hot or for it to be taken off our bill or at least they were sorry. None of the above happened, I don't believe she said anything to anybody about the problem just blew us off. So when the bill came, we thought it was only fair that the price of those nasty cauliflower wings would take the place of their tip. We did leave the change brought back to us. What does the young gentleman server do. Chased us out the restaurant and acted like an ass. Handed the change back to us and said we left something. When we refused to take it, the young man put it on the concrete in the doorway. All they had to do was act as if they cared at all. Oh, we were there the day before this and the 2 girls behind the bar wear putting on makeup, while we were sitting there with empty beer glasses and looked like they were laughing at us. That should have been a sign not to go back. But, we have always loved this place. Sorry to say the actions of your employees will keep us from...

I'm having a hard time understanding this situation. The waiter's lack of attention and sarcasm. We have been coming to this place for a long time. We are locals, we like to bring our guest to this great location. The meals (mediterranean salads) we were served today were not adequate at all. If we didn’t add chicken and shrimp there would have been only about a 1/2 cup of quinoa and a few pieces of vegetables.Gabriela was our server. With all respect let me tell you my experience; I order a Mediterranean bowl salad . The smallest bowl of salad I have ever seen. ( ridiculously small ) Looks like I ordered a side salad. I asked Gabriela what is this , can you verify this with the kitchen?, I even showed her a picture of a bowl salad on your own company’s website to compare the portion of bowl salad we ordered . She totally ignored us, she look at food and us then she left us with so much doubt and confusion. I told her this is a rip-off, the size of the salad is ridiculous, and to confirm, I ordered with shrimp on the side. Even so, the portion was super small. I hate going through moments like this, but the situation was so uncomfortable and she never took the initiative to help/support or try to resolve the problem. Even though, I paid and left my 15% gratuity. We left very disappointed and not sure we...

The food was excellent however a lack of common sense communication etiquette at the entry. It was pouring rain and the restaurant was empty. My friend had forgotten his mask in the car and too much fuss was made of it when we ended up seated by the door anyway. Both of us were vaccinated, but he went back to the car and, and came back soaking wet and now with a cold. I have now been to all of Los Muertos locations, The food is consistent at all of them, best service is at the Francisco Villa location where they should have used the money for this location and put some lipstick on n it. Other than slow service and framing the mask issue as if we were all 3 year olds it was okay but l will stick with the other locations just the same. No private parking, very clean restrooms, high chairs for the kids are available, cash and bank cards are accepted. Handicapped diners may have an issue with accessing the entry an dining tables because of a slight step. Restrooms are not a problem for them, but drop them off curbside fir convenience and assistance getting inside. We had a vegetarian pizza with white sauce and chilled lime aguas. Very good. Enjoy your meal at El Granero and...

8/30/25. Back to the normal shitty experience at Granero. Came in to watch the first day of college football. Game was on and tv, timed out. Asked multi haired bartender to click ok to keep watching as the screen requested. She proceeded to turn the channel to multiple baseball games and refused to turn the game back on. Luckily, only part of the group was there and we had not ordered food yet. Our group of 6 met up at Moloko, Yambak, and had excellent and superior pizza with great craft beer. Sadly, the staff always fails the owner at Granero with quality of food and service, very disappointing. -visit the pizza was much better than previous visits. Hopefully new staff because 3 prior visits the food was bad and incorrect orders.
