We visited Puente Cuale Restaurant and Bar at Insurgentes 107, Centro, Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico, on November 27, 2024 and had a delightful dining experience. We ordered Gnocchi and Bruschetta, both served as eggless and vegan-friendly options upon request, which we truly appreciated.

The Gnocchi was perfectly cooked with a soft, pillowy texture and a deliciously tangy tomato-based sauce, complemented by fresh herbs and spices that brought out rich, balanced flavors. The Bruschetta was a standout—crispy toasted bread topped with a flavorful mix of fresh tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and a touch of tangy seasoning. Every bite was refreshingly sour with a fragrant basil aroma, making it light, refreshing, and incredibly tasty.

❗❗❗PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WARNING EVERYONE. ❗❗❗we order our food and at first everything seem fine until we got a long hair in our food. While looking at the cook we notice they didn't have hair nets on to prevent that from happen. It has been a week and half since beening there and we are experiencing a very bad case of stomach bug. Which now has spread to various family members. We have been constantly vomiting and on toilet. A beautiful place! Came here for lunch and had the shrimp ceviche and guacamole with chips and salsa. Oh my gosh everything was so fresh and so good. I didn’t have one but the margaritas look delicious as well. The location was spot on. Middle of the city but next to this beautiful tranquil stream and they put up plants to block view of street.
