This place is simply wonderful, it’s not just burgers, they have so much more on offer, the owner Raul cooks everything on a charcoal BBQ in front of the restaurant for all to see. This newly opened restaurant is family run by the most friendliest Mexicans you could ever meet, the Mexican burger is the tastiest I’ve ever eaten, it’s filled with guacamole, onion, cheese, tomato, lettuce and flavoursome sauce. My wife had the short ribs, they are melt in your mouth, the music is very romantic as is the ambiance directly opposite the beautiful lit bridge that crosses the Rio Cuale. Take your own wine as they haven’t got a license, they will open it for you and supply wine glasses, there’s a shop next door that sells good wine and beer, so easy! VERY disappointed! Saw the reviews/photos/menu and thought GREAT maybe it will be my new burger place near my condo. Wrong! Food took almost 30 minutes with me being the ONLY customer. Brought out fries even though I ordered potato wedges. Burger didn’t have a huge amount of flavor and the bun was a bit stale and way way way too big the burger. Ate slowly and finished before my potato wedges came out (tasted greasy and over cooked - odd oil flavor). Staff was nice but a little lost. With the type of menu, feels like an American maybe owns it but does not understand running a restaurant or training staff, etc - just a wild guess as I have seen that before. Please ignore any bad reviews! This place was amazing. First of all the location is very sweet. Right across the Rio Cuale in Las Conoas Colonia. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I ordered the mushroom/back burger. I watched him make it and was so exited to try it after seeing it being grilled. I was not disappointed. Juicy, with a ton of flavor and the bun rocked my world.
