Apóstol Tap Room — Restaurant in Mérida

This place is great! Come here for your local craft beer hit. They had 12 beers on tap - all different types and styles. The service was informative, and helpful even providing a taster for one of the strange beers on offer - White Stout!! I enjoyed two beers here; and Imperial Pilsner - which was nice and as you would expect of a Pilsner. The other was the aforementioned White Stout. It was colored blonde, and had a roasted/coffee/ dark chocolate flavor note. I found it smooth and nice. The place to go for craft beer in Merida. Only wish they would write the names of the beers on the menu so us with Untappd didn’t miss out on checking :) was here twice, once eating food and once just to drink. Found a good hazy in the fridge(Mexican collab with Other Half) to keep my haze thirst in check ! Great taproom with a view

Loved this taproom in Marida. I heavily enjoyed the „Coco Ale“ - really tasted pure coconut (could have been even more coconutty for me but this is my personal taste). Great view on the beautiful Parque de Santa Lucia in downtown. For 5 stars I would have appreciated a pint serving (usual in Yucatán) as well as outside seating towards the Parque and WiFi.
