Arturo's — Restaurant in Mexico City

My experience started off well - good food, nice ambiance, friendly service. Between two people we shared escargot, steak frites and four martinis. When the bill came, we were shocked to have been charged 500 pesos ($30 USD) for EACH martini (to note, they were Bombay and Beefeater — nothing fancy and we were only shown a wine list, not a cocktail menu). I have never — not in New York City, not in London, not anywhere — paid this much for a cocktail. The steak dinner cost less than one martini. When I raised my concern with the waiter, he shrugged me off and said that was the price. I used to love this restaurant and visited frequently. However, I recently had a disappointing experience. I came with a friend and my dog, hoping to sit on the terrace. In Mexico, nearly all restaurants allow pets on their outdoor areas, and many even go out of their way to accommodate pet owners. Amazing the service of the manager Arturo is incredible he deserves a super recognition for an impeccable work and attention he offers, congratulations Manager arturo, the place is excellent and the delicious food , but being attended by you made the place more pleasant, I hope your chef sees this and recognizes you better oh because you deserve it...
