A half-decent chai, pastries that weren’t bad, and average service. When placing our order, the barista’s impersonal attitude was immediately noticeable. After finding a seat in the cramped café, our drinks and pastries were brought to the table. The chai latte was unremarkable, and the cinnamon roll was good but a bit too sweet for my taste. Sitting inside, we ended up near the toilets, which was definitely the worst spot (something to avoid). Cuando llegas a Bakers quieres disfrutar tu estancia, comer algo rico y que te traten bonito. Y lo último no fue lo que esperábamos. El trato fue grosero y déspota sin ninguna atención, al parecer tenía frío pues tuvo un brazo metido todo el tiempo en el mandil, nunca me dieron servicio a mi mesa, la mesa estaba sucia, Gritaron que ya estaban mis bebidas para que yo fuera a recogerlas, no estaban servidas en tazas como de costumbre, eran vasos desechables.. En verdad el trato fue pésimo. Discriminatorio en todo momento. No fue gratis, pagué el consumo de $380. Toda una decepción. No es la primera vez que hemos ido. En lugar de una disculpa me siguieron tratando mal cuando quise poner una queja. Les faltan cursos de atención a clientes para sus empleados. Venden productos, pero también venden servicio. Es una lastima que me pierda sus delicias, pero afortunadamente hay muchos lugares con mejor servicio. El chico que nos atendió no me quiso dar su nombre para reportarlo, su compañero solo lo defendió. Son tal para cuál. Salieron a quererme agredir porque les reclamé y tomé una foto para que se sepa quién es. Es necesario que sepan que este tipo de personas arruinan el negocio. Si no quieren trabajar que se vayan a dormir a su casa! Excellent spot for a quick morning bite or a nice way to start the mornings relaxing with an espresso. I loved their Conchas and they had spectacular breads. As we were staying in the area for the first part of our trip, we went here several times and each time was the same, great food and coffee and friendly service. You can get by in English if need be, but my wife and I always try our best to use the local language...
