If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I found this place while on my way to somewhere else. It looked warm and inviting so I dropped in. The atmosphere was perfect, the food and coffee was some of the best I’ve had in mexico, and the people were the best part. The owner speaks excellent English and is just about the kindest person you’ll ever meet. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and offered up recommendations nearby. Cute and aesthetic, but the food I had wasn't anything special. I ordered the banana bread and tea. The banana bread was dull with no flavor, and I asked twice to have it warmed up but ate it cold after the second try. Id definitely go back and give the menu another try since it was highly recommended and the service is amazing! I locked my bike up on the railing 10 meters from the door.

Asistí con mi familia el domingo pasado a la sucursal de condesa. Pésimo servicio desde la llegada, mencionaron que eran 40 min de espera aunque sólo habían 4 familias formadas. Nos llevamos el disgusto de ver cómo asignaban mesa a una familia de extranjeros que no estaban en la lista de espera. Una vez en el restaurante los platillos llegaron a destiempo, nunca tuvimos un mesero fijo ya que llegaban distintas personas a entregarnos nuestros platillos. Llegó la comida menos la de un integrante de mi familia ( eran unos huevos en frasco) preguntamos por el platillo 3 veces y nos dijeron que tenían un método de cocción tardando, sin embargo todos terminamos de comer y seguía sin llegar el platillo de mi familiar, reclamamos y cancelamos el platillo porque después de esperar mesa por 40 min, y unos huevos en frasco por otros 40 ya estábamos fastidiados y sin ganas de comer en el mismo. Para cancelar también fue un problema porque tuvimos que decirle a 4 personas distintas sobre nuestro disgusto…

Había una mesa a lado nuestro que tampoco les llegaban sus platillos pasando ya más de media hora.

No regresamos al lugar, su servicio es de la peor calidad. Tienen preferencia con clientes extranjeros a la hora de asignar mesa y llevar los platillos.

Les dejo una estrella porque su pan francés es lo único salvable del lugar, sin embargo no lo recomiendo y esta muy sobrevalorado para...
