A Timeless French Gem in Mexico City! Stepping into Les Moustaches is like being transported to a classic Parisian dining room, right in the heart of Mexico City! From the moment we walk through the doors, we're enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and understated luxury. The ambience here is simply enchanting. The beautiful decor, the soft lighting, and the live piano music create a truly magical setting that's perfect for a romantic evening or a special celebration. It's chic without being stuffy, and we can tell every detail has been thoughtfully curated. The vibe is sophisticated yet incredibly welcoming, making you feel instantly comfortable and ready to indulge. And then there's the food! Every dish is a masterpiece, a true testament to classic French culinary artistry. We savored every single bite, from the impeccably prepared appetizers (soupe a l'ognon gratine & escargots a l'ail) to the decadent desserts (creme brulee). The ingredients are clearly top-notch, and the execution is flawless. To top it all off, the staff service is impeccable (thank you, Joaquin!). Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, they anticipate your needs without being intrusive. They made us feel incredibly valued and enhanced our dining experience significantly. Les Moustaches is a place where you can create lasting memories and truly indulge in the art of fine dining. If you're looking for an unforgettable French culinary journey in Mexico City, look no further. Highly,...

A TOTAL DISASTER OF A RESTAURANT: For personal reasons, my partner and I were visiting this restaurant to hear the violinist play. We made a booking and sent the restaurant a message on Facebook to confirm the violinist would be there. The reply we received was slightly unclear, so we sent another message on Facebook, to confirm the violinist would be there. We did not receive a reply. We then sent a message directly using their email address to ask if we should make a booking for another day. No reply. We then sent another message, asking for them to reply or we would have to telephone to ask if the violinst would be there. No reply again. My partner then telephoned them on the day of the booking - today - to make sure the violinist would be there. She was told he would be. We then travelled thirty minutes to the restaurant, and upon arriving, asked if the violinist would be there. We were told he would start playing at 8.30pm, and we had arrived at 8pm. We took our seats... and five minutes later the waiter returned to say the violinist was on holiday that day. We left immediately. What an ABSOLUTE DISASTER. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. They completely wasted our time and our money due to their appalling communication, their dishonesty or simple incompetence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

Resturent was recommended by the hotel. Upon arrival we were amazed by the Ambiance. Beautiful and well decorated in French style. Dining room is upstairs and the area is well decorated with stylish chandeliers. Then the problem began. We realized, no one there speaks English and rhet did not have English menu. just Spanish all around. I was very surprised! in this day and age, I did not expect this Finally, a waiter with minimal English skills, recommended some dishes. Ended up eating a Duck dish and wife stuck to Steak with black pepper sauce.Duck was poorly cooked and lacked salt but I could not explain to anyone. We maintained our cool. Chocolate Souffle was fine and that kept the mood going. We were very dissatisfied with meal and inability to communicate. French meals are often discussed and paired with appropriate wines. That was not possible due to communication gap. I recommend if they want foriegn customers, have an English speaking person and english menu. Meal was expensive, communication would have.made things better...

Well butter my biscuits and call me disappointed, ‘cause this place was a dang travesty. The meat was so undercooked it was still practicin’ its moo, and the French onion soup? Shoot, I’ve had more flavor lickin’ the condensation off a gas station window. Watery, limp, like they dunked an onion in dishwater and called it a day. Now, for the price they’re askin’, you’d think you’re sittin’ down to a meal cooked by the good Lord Himself. Nah, buddy, you’d be better off hittin’ the nearest taco stand. At least there you get food with some heart, some soul, and that don’t taste like a mistake. Service? Well bless their hearts, the waiters were harder to catch than a greased hog at the county fair. When you finally lasso one down, they’ll smile and make it right, but by then you’re sittin’ there wonderin’ why you didn’t just stay home with a frozen pizza. Save your cash, folks. Git-R-Done somewhere else.
