Visiting from Florida, I needed a place to get a workout in. One gentleman there spoke English (bald guy with grey-ish beard, possibly the manager) so he helped me and was happy to show me around before I bought a day pass. He was very nice and helpful.

I bought a day pass for what equated to $15 USD. A little pricey, but this gym was close and had all eminities I wanted. They had a 3 day pass and I believe a week pass, but I thought I was only coming once so I bought only a day pass (I ended up visiting twice so I shouldve bought the 3 day pass)

The gym is nice and has all the equipment you need, and although there is only 1 squat rack and 1 bench press, the gym was never very busy and I didn't have to wait on anything. This gym seems to have everything you need but there is a lot of "only one" of different machines/equipment. I do wish there was another squat rack (they do also have a smith machine if you're into that and count that as a squat rack) because welll that's where I did squats and deadlifts one day and overhead press and barbell row the next day, and with that being the only one to do it at I can imagine I got lucky on not having to wait for it either days.

One day I went at around lunch time and one day around 4:30. In the US you expect those times can be busy, not no not here.

I picked this gym because they also have lockerooms with built in locks, nice showers and TOWEL SERVICE (1 small and 1 large per gym visitor) and that was important to me visiting, especially the lockers with built in locks since I didn't have my locks from home. They also have a dry sauna and a wet sauna, which were really nice and I did meet some friendly people in the wet sauna. It seems this is where a lot of the local gay population goes that lives in zona romantica so i feel its a friendlier vibe.

My ONLY complaint: I forgot to buy a water bottle before I went to the gym. As an American you know we are not drinking the water in the water fountains (at least I'm not) so I went to the front desk since there was a vending machine for Gatorade and water and unfortunately I was told it doesn't work anymore. I asked if they had water available for purchase and they didn't. Both days I went to the Circle K around the corner...

Abril 2025 Ya cambiaron los tapetes Siguen cambiando clases, los instructores y la recepción son buenas. La app es util.

Actualizacion diciembre 2024 De un día a otro cancelaron las clases adicionales y simplemente la razón fue "decision corporativa", sin importar que el grupo de box era bien consistente y siempre tenía integrantes además han aplicado la de " si estamos atendiendo sus necesidades" pero nada que dan el reembolso por lo pagado adicionalmente. Siempre es un rollo, que si el sistema no actualiza, que si ahora cambiamos de técnica para dar las toallas, además cambian de gerente a cada rato y la mayoría ha demostrado no tener las capacidades, total que hacen lo que quieren y todavía tenemos que aguantarnos.

Actualizacion junio 2024 Incumplen con la promoción "never alone" en la qué tienen un invitado "vitalicio", la deshabilitaron de un día para otro el servicio a varios miembros y simplemente el equipo de ventas se encoje de hombros y te dice prácticamente qué así pasa, cero actitud de servicio. Así que aguas al contratar, los de ventas literalmente están afuera tratando de pescar incautos pero luego se lavan las manos y es una tristeza porque el personal general y los instructores son super buenos. Semana tras semana ha habido algún problema, como fallas en los Aires acondicionado, sistema de regaderas e hidratacion. Los tapetes del salon wellness ya dan asco. Además se metió mucha gente nueva sin cultura de gym, invasiva parece que no les dejan claro el reglamento.

Actualizacion nov 2023 Ha decaído la organización, se fueron varios instructores y a los demás les están cambiando horarios, no cubren a la gente cuando se van de vacaciones y la app no esta actualizada adecuadamente. Ha habido robos en la zona de lockers. Los tapetes de wellness ya se necesitan sustituir. Los instructores siguen siendo chidos, también el personal de mostrador, es por lo que vale la pena.

El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones me gustan por iluminadas, los vestidores son muy amplios, con bastante regaderas, lockers y amenidades, tienen secadora de cabello, plancha y te proporcionan Jabón, shampoo, crema y hasta gel de cabello. Cuentan con sauna y vapor. En la zona de cardio tienen bastantes caminadoras, diferentes tipos de elípticas y escaladoras. Tienen una pequeña zona de box y xfit, además de bastantes equipos de pesas. Las clases son principalmente de 6 a 10 am y después de las 6 pm y cuentan con un salón de wellness con clases de yoga y pilates principalmente, salón de spinning y de aerobicos. Tienen bastantes promos para engancharte, hay que buscar cual te conviene. El unico problema qué le he visto es que hubo una instructora qué llego claramente enferma, con tos y moqueo y sin cubrebocas, todavía en el vestidor se pudo escuchar diciendo lo muy enferma qué estaba y cuestión que postpandemia no debería de estar sucediendo. Además no me encanta tanto la rotacion de clases e instructores, es un poco complicado tener continuidad en la misma disciplina principalmente del salón de fitness.

Creo que es un muy buen gym, Buena ubicación, Buenas instalaciones y nadie se mete contigo por lo que es un ambiente qué se siente seguro,...

Me apunté a este gimnasio para las clases de pilates y siempre están llenas. Así que, terminé yendo muy pocas veces al mes cuando podía conseguir una reservación. Mientras que el área de pesas está limpia, solo tienen una de la mayoría de los tipos de máquinas, siempre les faltan toallas, y en cuanto a las duchas: están mohosas y asquerosas, el sauna también tiene moho debajo de las bancas. El precio que me ofrecieron no fue el que cobraron mensualmente. A este punto ya intenté cancelar mi membresía tres veces. La primera vez, el personal dijo que estaba fuera del tiempo designado para esto, y que tenía que regresar entre un cierto período de días.

Volví al gimnasio, y me dijeron que 'no podían cancelar porque se suponía que debía hacerlo yo misma, por teléfono'... lo cual se les olvidó mencionar la primera vez... Por cierto, al día siguiente volaba muy de madrugada a Europa. Un par de días después me comuniqué y expliqué mi situación a la gente del call center y... para mi sorpresa me dijeron que, a mi regreso, 'el nuevo trámite de cancelación debía hacerlo directamente en recepción del gimnasio'. Regresando a México, hablé con un chico en el mostrador y le pedí que cancelara, me ofreció un "pase de 5 días al mes" y decidí aceptarlo. Me dijo que no necesitaba hacer nada más, que el primer día del mes mi plan cambiaría al de 5 días y me cobrarían en consecuencia... Me cobraron el mes completo.

I signed to this gym for the pilates classes and those are always full. So, I ended up going very few times a month when I could get a reservation. Whereas weights area is clean, they got only one of most types of machines, they are always lacking towels, and for the showers: these are moldy and disgusting, and sauna has mold under the benches aswell. The price offered was not the same as charged.

At this point I tried to cancel my membership three times. First time, staff said I was outside of the designated time for this, and that I had to come back between a certain period of days. Went back to the gym and they told me that 'they couldn't cancel because I was supposed to do that myself, over the phone'... which they forgot to mention the first time... BTW, next day I was traveling to Europe early morning! A couple of days later I got in touch and explained my situation to the people at the call center and... to my surprise they said, that now, at my return, 'the new cancellation procedure needed to be done directly at my memberships gym's desk'!!!.

Back in Mexico, talk to a guy at the reception and asked to please cancel, he asked why, I explained. He offer me a '5 day a month pass' and I decided to take it. He told me I didn't need to do anything else, that the first day of the month Id'be charged accordingly... I got...
